Good Morning..

What a great snowy day here in NJ. I love waking up to the "peace" that a snow brings. Considering I still live in surburbia, that  means the snow plows haven't made their way through the development yet! :)

We got about 4 inches last night into this morning. My boys are already out playing in it. It's so beautiful!

The ground is covered with a lovely white blanket... and now the sun is peeking through and glistening off the snow!

It was an awesome night last night... just a gentle snow adding a little to the snow that was already on the ground... and the sky was a beautiful orangish glow. With the Christmas candles in the window... it was like a Currier and Ives portrait. :-)

Snow does bring about some sense of peace. It has been snowing here in SW Michigan since we awoke and it's just so relaxing and beautiful and peaceful!
