My grand grandpa

My grandpa was the best grandpa ever! He would always give me ice cream when my brother and I would come over, and he would always sing the ice cream song when we came. I never thought that something bad would happen to him. But, I was wrong. Dead wrong. We had started to plant a garden, so we would have to go over there to water. So one day my mom and i went over there to water one day, but the first thing we would do is go and talk and then water the garden. So we went to the porch door, opened it and knocked on the front door. There was silence except that Tessa, a cocker spaniel, was scratching at the door. Then, when nobody anwsered, we turned the knob and went in. The scene was horrible. My grandpa was sluped over in his chair, dead. My mom ran over to the neighbors house next door and knocked on there door. No avail. Then she went over to the house across the street and knocked on the door. Then when somebody finally anwsered, my mom asked if she could call the police. Then my mom came over and told me that I can go over to the neighbors house.  Then finally, it was all over.

Chochlate goodies!

Everyone likes chochlate, or maybe I should say almost everyone. Well anyways, these treats are the best for the holly jolly holidays!!! They're almost like peanut clusters, except for the part that their homemade. Okay, heres the ingredients.

Three pounds lightly salted peanuts

Three pounds almond bark bars

One pound german chocolate bars

Twelve ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips

Layer all ingredients in a crockpot and cook on low for three hours.  Do not lift the lid or stir until three hours have passed.  Then unplug the crockpot and stir everything together.  Spoon candy onto waxed paper and let set.  Yum!

What christmas is really about!

Okay, I will confess it. Setting up the christmas tree is fun and getting presents is fun. But, there feels like theres something else. Of course! Jesus was born on christmas night! Well I bet you want me to tell you about it, right. Well I know just where to start! Okay, long ago, in a town called Bethlehem, there was a lady called Mary. And then a angel appared and told her that she was to have a baby, and that she should call his name Jesus, whitch means savior. So while she was suspecting a baby, Mary and her husband, Josheph, were traveling to Bethlehem. Then the night she was going to have Jesus, they were going to lodge at an inn, but the innkeeper said they were full, but that they could lodge in the barn. So they did, and Mary had the baby, and she named him Jesus, as the angel had told her. Then, wisemen came and shepherds saw, the little baby Jesus! So, I hope you liked this entry, and oh, don't forget to post what you think of my blog!

Scaring my brother

Sometimes I need to cry.  Sometimes I need to YELL.  But sometimes I need to LAUGH!!!!  Like when I scare my very own brother.  Ok, here's how it all started!  One night my mom was reading to us.  Then it was time to go to bed.  I was upstairs while my brother, Samuel, was downstairs.  Then I thought of an idea!  My idea was to hide under a curtain and hide from my brother.  Well, that's what I did.  When he was coming up the stairs, I quickly pulled the curtain over my head.  Then he came into my bedroom and mostly you would think that he saw me, right?  Well, lets just say, noooooo.  He thought I was on the other side of the bed or maybe he thought I was asleep?  Well, I wasn't!  Just as he turned around, I jumped up from the floor and scared the living daylights out of him!!!!!!!!  I laughed and laughed and laughed until I had no more laughing room.  Well, thats all folks!
