Bread turn out great.

I have this great reciept for bread that a friend gave me. The first time I made it I used it was with cake yeast. But because it was hard to find I switched to dry yeast. I bought the stuff from Sam's Club which is a good deal. But the bread tasted funny. Well finding out you need to mix the yeast with floor. Well that made a big diff. It tastes so good. I am glad that I decided to start baking our bread. It has to be healthier. I know it could be healthier if I used whole wheat but the family just doesn't like it. |
