Since so many people have commented on the banner pic, I thought I'd take a minute to explain it, sort of.  Those three sets of eyes you see, are (from the left) Jordan (7), Rachel (6) and Jessica (14).

When they were in the big pool, I was in the chair watching baby Ruth in the little pool (of course with camera handy!)  They kept coming to the side of the pool to watch their baby sister play in her pool, and it looked so funny when they all three came to the edge at the same time, I took a few pics. While I was doting over her, I noticed them doting over her, then I was doting over them, doting over her.  Ruth couldn't have cared less, she a bug net, and was "cleaning" her pool.

I change the banner pic rather frequently, and it often includes a pic of someone in our family (or a bird, or sunset, or a deformed pinecone, or something equally goofy).  I do this for a couple of reasons.  1. I'm never satisfied with the way the blog looks (I'm weird that way) and 2. it gives the blog a more personal touch.  We are afterall, real live folks behind all this html coding. (anyway I know I am... I do wonder sometimes about other folks, lol).
