Planners - do you use them?

Posted in General

For some time now I have been strongly convicted to make better use of my time.  Last week I printed out weekly pages from the msworks Calendar, and it's really helped me plan out the summer-time projects and various other things - by seeing it in a time frame of a calendar.  I supposed others already do this, but for me it's been quite helpful, and I think one of those simple things that I will stick with for a long time to come.

Does anyone else use a planner this way?  Anyone have any better ideas for planners?  I've never really used one before, and I suppose there are tons of software packages out there for them, but msworks seems to work okay for me.

Any thoughts?

Iuse Spreadsheet )Microsoft) and make calendars and schedules.

I will use a spiral bound notebook for my rought draft planning usually, then type it up in a Micrsoft program. And I add stuff to my Yahoo Calendar to get reminders emailed to me.

Have you tried MOTH? Not really a planner, but more of a scheduling tool. I plan on using that this year. I used to be able to "wing it" with 2, but now that I have 3 dc I have to be more intentional about my time :)
