You might have noticed from the sidebar, that I've added our family's core curriculum link.  This fall begins our 6th year of homeschooling.  We've (so far) used a combination of  Kindergarten, 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th grades.  I can say from our experience with this curriculum, I cannot recommend it more.  For quality (Biblical accuracy) and price (which matters a lot to a family of 9), this is a goldmine.

During my initial research on homeschooling 7 years ago, this was the one that kept coming up again and again, as a recommendation to "start with".  I know some who have moved on to different curriculum suppliers - but we've never seen a reason to replace them.

We have added additional resources - such as readers and hands on tools, but this is the backbone of our homeschool.
