Nov. 24, 2008 - The Concert

Okay, as 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 of you may have all ready been told, I went to a concert last Friday night. I went to see the rock band 'Nine Inch Nails'. And I have to say that it was without a doubt, the GREATEST concert ever!!! It was spectacular!!! Okay, before they actually started playing, there was an opening band, they were a japanese rock band called, 'Boris'.  They had a few really good songs, but then they had a few stinkers as well. They played for about 45 minutes, then left so people could all the equipment ready for the good stuff. hehe.  They started out with a bang, playing their song , '1,000,000'. It was loud and it was great. The lead singer Trent Reznor does a really good job using the whole stage.  And over the course of the whole concert, he played the guitar, the piano, and even the xylophone! It was fantastic! During their more famous song, 'March of The Pigs', he tossed the microphone stand waaaaaaay up in the air, and let it smash down on stage, all while he kept singing. haha.  Their use of special effects really added to the music and the whole experience. I payed 42 dollars for my ticket, but they played for 2 and half hours straight, so I got my money's worth. If you see that Nine Inch Nails is coming to your town, spend the money! GO SEE THEM!!! IT WAS INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!

Nov. 20, 2008 - Topic Thunder

Ahhhh Tropic Thunder...A movie I waited months to see, and finally got the DVD yesterday.

After watching it last night, I must say that is one of the most, if not THE most hilarious movies i've ever seen. Everything about it was great. Sure it was vulgar, but it was supposed to be. haha.  The main plot for the movie was that three big movie stars were cast to make a big-time war movie, but after the shooting goes wrong, the director decides to throw them into actual war. If it sounds funny, it's cause it is.  I recommend that if you see it, that you should be 17 or over, cause it has very bad language, among other R rated movie stuff.  

The stars of the movie: Ben Stiller, Jack Black, Robert Downey Jr, Tom Cruise.

Rated R for:Pervasive language including sexual refrences throughout and intense war violence.

Over rating from me: 13 out of 10 (Yeah, that's possible.)

 I also reccomend Wall-E. That awesome Pixar movie about the cute little robot. It's my new favorite Pixar movie, just barely beating out Finding Nemo. So if you need a family movie to watch, get Wall-E, it's amazing.

Oct. 15, 2008 - Hey Hey Hey

Hey everyone, I just noticed it's been fooooorrrrreeeeevvvvveeeeerrrrr since I posted a new entry. And since I got rained out of work today, I friggered i'd stop by and say what going on with the me within the me.  Okay, it's early, I woke up at 6 this morning cause I thought I was gonna have work, but noooooooo, it was too rainy, so now i'm up wide awake.  So i've been siding this pet supply place for work, i'm working with my dad and this freakin hilarious guy named Charlie, but I call him Charles.  I went to his house last night to play the PS3, which is awesome btw, we played some Soul Caliber 4.  I was pretty much amazing at it, cause I have the other Soul Caliber games, I beat a level that had been stuck on for months in like 10 minutes, yeah, it was pitiful. Haha.  But I borrowed some movies from him, I got Silent Hill which is amazing, and Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, which is hilarious, and some movie called Snatch that i've never seen.

   Other than those things, all i've been doing is listening to music. And by music, I mean Queens of the Stone Age, and MUDVAYNE! And that's it.  Next week I'm gonna but The Incredible Hulk, and if you havn't seen it, at least rent it, cause it's amazing.  OH!!! And my copy of FABLE 2 comes in next week!!! Yeah, it's gonna be the greatest videogame EVER!!!!!

 And last but not least, I got a freakin SPIDER BITE on my back. It's all red and swollen and bumpy, if it get worse I gotta visit the doctor, which sucks. But it itches like crazy ~scratches back~  That's better.   So if you havn't heard from me in awhile, that is all that i've been doing.  Oh, here some acronym thing I stole from GacktFanGirl.  I'll talk to you peeps later.

 Hey there ppls, so I have been having a good week, for once. I've been playing badminton like crazy, and whooping my dad at NBA 2K8 on Xbox 360(lol) This week, i'm going to be an uncle, as some already know, my bro and his gf decided to call the baby Brody(I think) That's not a bad name, so it's all good. and I think this week we're going to the drive-in again, they're showing 'The Incredible Hulk'(which i've seen) and 'Indiana Jones and The Kingdom of Crystal Skull' I havn't seen that, but I like Indy. Well, that's pretty much all that's going on with me.

Last night, me and my whole fam decided to go to the drive-in. It was the first time all of us had gone to the drive-in with eachother. It was fun. They showed to back-to-back movies.

The first one:You Don't Mess With The Zohan

Man, talk about a crazy movie. It had it's funny moments, but a lot of it was just, stupid. I give it a 6 out of 10. and that's being really really nice.

The second:The Happening

My man M.Night put it down again. He's the director of,Signs,The Sixth Sense, and The Village. He really added that what if possibility, like what if the stuff in this movie actually starts happening.

Okay, you can guess the theme by now, I saw the new Hulk movie lol All I can say, is that it's utterly amazing! It was almost as good as the Iron Man movie, almost lol

I havn't been doing all that much, just hanging out, playing with the neighborlings from down the street. We played ball, which I kicked butt at, but the kid was like a foot shorter than me, so too bad for him lol. Oh, and on the basket ball note, my L.A Lakers beat them crappy Spurs 100-92 last night, which mean the Lakers won the series 4-1 and are going to the NBA finals. YES!!!!
