Hello everyone!

So what have you all been doing? I've been busy, and BORED. But I just wanted to tell you something, one of the reasons I haven't been posting as much.

When I first started this blog, I was SO close to God one day. ONE, day. And I also felt bad that I hadn't been spending much time with Him. So I started ChristLover to talk about God. But I started to fade away. I started turning my back on God, and I didn't feel ready for this blog.

But now, after going to camp, I realize that I am ready! I've commited my life to God, and plan on commiting to this blog.

So I'm sorry I haven't been posting. I'll start posting those studies and encouraging posts again soon.

Good for you! It reminds me of what Paul said to the Philippians to encourage them to keep on keepin' on:

"Being confident of this very thing, that He (God) which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ." (Phil. 1:6)

It feels good that God is working in us through the Holy Spirit to prod us on and keep us going spiritually. It's so easy to get caught up in this world with physical things around us. But, we must keep our focus on the spiritual things because that is what life is all about.

Hello CL,
I saw that you added me to your friends list and for that I thank you.
You seem like a very bright young person and it thrills my heart to hear one so young speak of God with such enthusiasm and reverence. If only all the youth of today were blessed with the wonderful, God fearing parents that you have who have done such an awesome job teaching you of His ways.
Reading your present post has lead me to encourage you that no one person is perfect. You will stumble but, with your training and the love for the Lord that is so obvious in your heart, you will stand again. When the time comes that you stumble, all that is asked of each of us is to repent to be in His good graces standing upon our feet before Him again. So, don't be too hard on yourself; there will be those days; those days that will be repaired humbly before His throne. I have confidence in Him that you will keep the faith always.
