There are many homeschool family businesses that are willing to donate a portion of their proceeds to help the relief effort.  Here is one for all those model airplane enthusiasts out there!  If you know of more, please post them in the comments section.

I just wanted to let you all know what we are doing through our business to
help out with Hurricane Katrina.  During the month of September, Stevens
AeroModel will donate 5% of the proceeds from sales on this site to the
Salvation Army - Hurricane Katrina Relief effort.  Take a look at the site
and please remember that all order must be laced through the website (even
if payment is not made online) in order for us to include the order amount
