that is TOO hillarious! Living in the South, we have many people who live here from other countries who have embraced this "clothing style". I saw a group of guys the other day, all with pants hanging down below their bottoms, except one. He was in the back of the huddle and, I kid you not, ran behind a few of them and tugged their pants. Didn't have to try very hard before they all fell down! Good for him...good for that community to fine them! It's a bout time!

I heard this on our local radio station and thought it was GREAT!! I don't frequent Minneapolis real often, but when I am there I am disgusted at the abundance of heinies that I see! Ewww.... I say, let's all make this a law in our cities. My little girls don't need to be looking at boy/man booties! (On that note, I don't need to be looking at them, either.) Finally a city taking a stand on the droopy drawers! I have seen drawers dropped and drooped and I don't think they even care. Time to fine the heinies! :)
