Jul. 7, 2005 - Home Again!

I'm back from vacation and glad to be home. I had a wonderful visit with my brother and his wife and enjoyed myself completely in Branson, MO, but I'm glad to be home in my own bed. My husband and I stayed in my brother's motorhome and slept on the sofa bed (ouch!). It saved a lot of money but was not the most comfortable "hotel" I've been in! The good thing was that I did have internet access so I was able to sneak online a couple of times and see what you all were up to while I was gone. I can't believe we have over 700 bloggers already and still in beta testing! Good job TOS!

I stopped at a couple of bookstores in Springfield while I was driving through and bought a couple of used books including a beautiful copy of Marguerite Henry's, White Stallion of Lipizza published in 1964 and A Nursery History of England by Elizabeth O'Neill (no pub date). I just love collecting books like this!

It's late and I have to unpack, do laundry, pat my kittens, and put away my books before going to bed. I'll "talk" to you all tomorrow! Have a wonderful night sleep!
