As I was preparing to make ~~a gourmet meal of~~ boxed Macaroni & Cheese, Jacob walked into the room and announced, "I'm dressed and ready to cook! These keep the steam from getting in my eyes." Here's what I saw when I looked at him...

And this, my friends, is the Cooking Cowboy!

The Cooking Cowboy and I headed into the kitchen to prepare our culinary delight. We begin by boiling the pasta. Stir carefully, and watch out for the steam-it can burn you.

Now the Cooking Cowboy prepares to drain the cooked macaroni.

Always make sure your safety equipment is used properly-adjust as necessary. Remember--Safety First!

Now, into the pot you go.

Now that the hot and dangerous part is over, the Cooking Cowboy removes his safety goggles and adds the butter to the pan.

Next, he adds the cheese.

The Cooking Cowboy adds his final ingredient-milk! Of course, we all know where milk comes from, right? Cows. And who would know this better than - The Cooking COWboy!

Time to stir it all together. Make sure to concentrate, this is a very important step. Mmm...I can smell the yummy goodness. Just the thought makes my mouth water.
