Today is my husband's birthday!  He's 31 today and even more handsome than the day we met.    Everyday with him just gets better and better.

AND my daughter (she's 5) was SAVED this morning!!!!!    She has asked several times at her bedtimes prayers (aren't those sweet times) about how to be saved and say that prayer.  I would ask her questions, she would answer, but I'd stop there, thinking it was strange that she usually only asks this at night.  I talked to my husband about it and he said that's probably because she's winding down and we're and the topic of Jesus with just her then so she feels comfortable.  So, long story short, she asked again this morning, we talked and she prayed to receive Christ as her Savior.  I'm one excited mom!!

Tomorrow we go to have an ultrasound.  Hopefully we will find out the sex of the baby.  I'm 18 weeks and some odd days.  I'm having a special ultrasound to examine the baby since my last one was born with a neural tube defect.  For those who haven't read my blog from the beginning, my son is completely fine now.  He had to have a spinal surgery when he was 6 months old.  I'm not sure how we are going to do this because all 3 kids have to go with us.  My oldest doesn't want to know the sex, the middle does and of course the youngest doesn't have a clue!  This should be interesting!!

My Dh is celebrating his birthday today also only he is 8 years ahead :-) Hope you all have fun celebrating. Let us know the results of the ultrasound.

I ahve heard that some people get the technition to put the sex of the child in an envelope for you, that way whoever wants to know can look and see, and whoever doesnt, well, doesnt! That may be a good way, If you can get everyone who knows to keep it a secret from the others that is!

By the way, tell your DH happy birthday! My hubby's was on Mon! the 1st.

Congratulations on your DDs salvation. What an awesome birthday present for Daddy!

I think my husband is more handsome now than when we met, too. Why is it when men get older, they are so handsome and distinguished. And now that I'm getting older, I look, well....older :)
