All About My Family Notebook
by NotebookingNook.com
Have your children create a notebook about the most important people in their lives, their family! Your child could interview individuals from your family to learn more about their heritage, add photos and write biographies of those who have passed on. There are pages for them to add personal information about themselves to pass down to their future children. They might choose to create a family tree on poster board or a wall with all the people they have learned about. Children love to hear stories about their family and this notebook could be a way to collect and keep these stories alive for future generations!

Pockets of Time for Charlotte's Web
by Fortunately For you Books
These are timelines in a pocket format that correspond with our unit studies and/or literature books.
What are Pockets of Time?
Pocket Timelines and Little Pocket Timelines are chronological and color coded flashcards that are placed in pockets.
Every chapter of a chosen book has flashcards that are colored and cut out. The child puts these flashcards in order as they happened in that chapter.
Why the color coded flashcards?
By using the color on the outer band of the flashcard, all Mom has to do is make sure the colors are in order to know if the child was correct or not. A list of colors is given at the end of the set. The child reads aloud (or mom glances at) the order of colors. This is a time saver!
A $3.49 value, FREE!
