Every year, we make garlands for the birds in our neighborhood. Here is a pictureof Chantelle making hers.

We also make a ginger bread house. This year Chantelle got a premade kit from a friend, so we decided to make that. The frosting was a pain to make. Way to thin and no matter how much powdered sugar I put in it, it would not thickin up. Then we had problems putting the house together. None of the pieces were cut to fit together at all. So I ended up getting out my old nifty hot glue gun and glued the house together. Chantelle started to decorate it and the frosting kept sliding off the roof. Eventually we got the stuff to stick.
