For Valentines Day week, we did a big unit study on Chocolate (I'll post our study later) and made a lapbook on Chocolate. You can get this lapbook from either Homeschoolestore or In The Hands of A Child.

This is the first half of the lapbook. Included are a timline fan book, a graph on favorite chocolates, Map of where Cocoa trees grow, M&M story, Peanut Butter Cup vocabulary matchbooks, Nutrition info from a bar of Hershey's, and a bio on Milton Hershey.

Under the Hershey Kiss shapped book, we put the mini bio page on Milton Hershey that we got from Edhelper.com.

This is the second half of the lapbook. Here you can see a booklet on how chocolate is made, the candy bar wrapper that Chantelle designed, recipe cards for making chocolate chip cookies, lots of candy wrappers, and story starters.
