About Me

I am the mother of nine children, from eighteen to two who truly loves being "hereathome". Some days are beautiful, some days I count the hours until bedtime but I am very thankful to be able to live the life I do.

What about people who are still friends but have inactive blogs?

Posted in My stuff

I just spent the morning trying to read all my friends' blogs, and I have a question.   Several, maybe even half of the blogs on my friends list are inactive.  For a year or more.  So what do I do?  One is my sister, another one of my close friends.   I hate having loose ends and having an only half-functioning friends list is bothering me.  Like something that needs to be tidied up.  But this isn't a mess, it is people.  What if they come back and find I took them off my list?  Will they be hurt?  Maybe I could leave a comment....... Hey friend, if you ever start posting again, please let me know.  I would enjoy reading your blog.  Somehow that sounds rude though.   Dilemma, dilemma.

I've been thinking about this same thing! I'm inclined to drop off most of the inactive ones, but leave one or two, the ones I really enjoyed communicating with when then did blog. I'm still hoping they'll come back. I wonder sometimes what it is that makes people just stop. What you do you think?
