I am done with purchasing curriculum for our 08/09 school year. I'm handing over the debit card to my Sweets. Otherwise I might keep spending. I just bought the last of it today. It's going to be great to tear myself away from the computer. I have been researching & comparing that my eyes are about to fall out.
I did find these nice resources for Language Arts & spelling, but it's to late for me. They can be purchased at Timeberdoodle. Serious Phonics Training for the Older Child it is done on the computer. Not only is it a phonics program but it can be used as a spelling program too. Pretty neat!
The other product is a Complete Language Arts Program. This has everything Writing, Spelling, grammar & dictation. Each weekly lesson at all levels begins on the same topic from your 2nd grader to high schooler. Everything for that weeks lesson comes from a passage using character quality. There are free samples online.
This next one I might still get but later. Ace Reader. It doesn't teach reading but helps your students with reading proficiency.
