Well, we're in Bangkok, Thailand and pass by an art stall. What do we see?   A Vincent Van Gogh! Well, a reproduction of course!
Sprite was thrilled to recognize it!
Yes, you can wear shorts in Thailand in November. It's hot year round here. We are enjoying the warm sunshine while it lasts. We head to USA next week!
DH had a "small" surgery here at an excellent hospital in Bangkok and is recovering well. (Surgery is only "small" when it's not YOU having it, right?)

We spent two nights in Bangkok in 2000, on the way too and from Vietnam to adopt our Gracie. I experienced my most embarrassing moment there.

Are you coming back to the US to stay? Or just for a visit?

Glad dh is well! I would be nervous about surgery anywhere, let alone a foreign country.

I LOVE Van Gogh!!! The colors and perspective are amazing. I have a reproduction of Branches of an Almond Tree in Blossom that is my favorite. I'm sure I paid a whole lot more for mine than what you could get in Thailand!

Wow, your Sprite is growing so tall! Her legs are getting so long! :) That is awesome that you guys are getting to visit the US. Also great that your daughter loves Pippi. I grew up reading Pippi Longstockings and loved her!
