Pictures of Our Trip to the Transylvanian Alps
We left early Wednesday morning to attend a prayer conference in the Transylvanian Alps. It was an exhausting six hour drive but both the view and the meetings were well worth the time.

Our primary reason for going was to take Ion and Monica, a couple from our church whose spiritual growth is astonishing. I do believe they relished every moment of the conference.

Thursday, we went to Dracula’s Castle.

Friday night we had a campfire and everyone gathered around to sing.

Towards the end, someone announced that my birthday was the following day and they all sang happy birthday to me. Then on Saturday, when the last speaker got up to preach, he mentioned my birthday and gave me a small wreath made out of corn husks and said it was from everyone. Wow! I felt so honored. I will treasure it forever.
We are continually praising God for Ion, Monica and their two children. They are saved and growing and serving Christ. Please consider making a donation to our ministry to help us continue reaching souls for Jesus Christ here in Romania. No gift is too small! Just click on the Pay Pal button under my avatar. Thanks and God bless!

I'm in awe. My family would love to visit Dracula's castle. My dh is a fan of that sort of history. His real history, not the made up tales.
Sounds like you all had loads of fun. Happy Birthday.

The Facing the Giants was an awesome movie. I'm not sure if it will get to Romania either.. LOL. But if you go back to my blog - you can see a trailer for it.
Your blog is beautiful. I haven't had much time to visit other blogs, so I apologize for not stopping by for a visit.
All your pictures are wonderful. I didn't know there was a true Dracula's castle. How fun.. in a way. It looks beautiful there. What a blessing that God is showing you Himself at work there. PTL!
Keep sharing all these wonderful pictures and stories.

November 1, 2006 - wide blog?

Karen,
I think that this is the entry that is causing IE to 'go wide'. You can try to edit this entry and push each picture to a new line with the Enter key so that they show vertically (like they currently do in FF) and not horizontally (like in IE).
I hope this helps,
Ronda (aka RugbyHS)
