Is anything in my life ever easy?
I start a walking regimine, and I get such bad blisters on my feet I have to wait for them to heal before walking again.
I eat healthy, I clean my house, I have guests for 9 days -- the evangelists who are speaking at our revival this week -- and I get acute tonsilitis!
So instead of going to church every night enjoying being with God's people, and being refreshed in revival services, here I sit at home all alone miserable with tonsilitis!
I went to the doctor today and he gave me a shot and some meds. I hope I feel better soon! It's amazing how an illness makes you turn in to yourself. I don't like being sick. It is the pits. I just got over an acute sinus infection just a few weeks ago and now this. I wonder if something else is going on with my immune system to make me so susceptiable to this kind of thing.
So, there has been no motorcycling for me the past few days. I am so bummed!
Praise the Lord anyway! His mercy endures forever!

I am sorry your feeling yucky. You have had a bad few weeks, that is how it goes though. I like the dog picture it describes the senario pretty good. Thanks for the uplifting comments on my blog today, I needed them. I will try to focus on the kids differently, and not worry about the books so much. I hope and pray you get over the bugs and keep healthy! Kelly

I am getting back to you about my glazes that I use. I rarely use a glaze as they dry so quickly it is hard to get my techniques right, I'm a little slow. I use a rust, tan and white enamal paint to creat the bedroom wall with a wooley. It is the easiest way to paint. If you want some glamour and can spend some money, I would do what I did in my living room. I used Ralph Lauren regent Metalics and it was the simplest nicest paint to use. You have to use the special roller and roll it on 2 times to achieve the effect. I used a dark green and bronze and in the different lights it shimmers and changes tones. Decorating is so fun, especially when it is done! I hoped this answered your question.
