Did everyone have a good Thanksgiving? Wednesday night we went to my mom's parents' house and spent the night. We loaded fire wood on my dad's truck then we went in the woods behind my grandparents' house to look for any deer.  We got in my mom's cousins deer stand, but we didn't see any deer. Then we went back to my grandparents' house and ate supper. We had corn bread and beef soup. But I had corn bread and a ham sandwich and a little beef soup. And for dessert we had sin pie. It was so good. Then we got up Thursday morning and went to my dad's mom's.  My sister and my dad and I rode four weelers. Then we ate turkey and dirty rice and fruit salad and rolls. And for dessert we had pecan pi. It was so good! Then we came home. I had a good Thanksgiving.   Here is a picture of my sister and me.     ~Candace

I'm so excited! Me and my mom and my sister are going to a Trans Siberian Orchestra this Sunday night. I didn't go last year. But I'm going this year. I can't wait!

I'm so sore! Last night I fell of my swing. I hit my head, my jaw, and my nose. When I hit my jaw, one of my top teeth hit one of  my bottom teeth. And it cracked the bottom tooth. It felt like someone yanked one of my teeth out. But it did not. My tooth is cracked.  It was bleeding last night but it is not bleeding any more. My tooth does not hurt. I'm just not used to my tooth being like that. My mom does not like my swinging so high any more. I'm so sore from falling out of my swing.

We named the kitten I got today Shadows. He is black and white and fluffy. And he is so soft. And his eyes are a blue berry coler. He is so funny with Zeke. Zeke is so jealous of Shadows.I haven't had time to get my Mom to help me upload some pictures of Shadows. My brother is holding Shadows in the living room to try to get him to calm down. We were going to name the kitten Oreo. But my brother wanted to name him Shadows and I liked Shadows better than Oreo and my sister liked Shadow better than Oreo too.

I hate rain . And it is supposed to rain all day. Did I mention I hate rain. I know it has not rain in 20 to 25 days. But I hate rain. And I have to go to town today in the rain. The reason I hate rain is because of tornadoes. And I hate thunder and lightning.

My Mom is telling me to hurrry. So I better go.

I'm so depressed about Pippin!  He has been gone 18 days! I don't know why I feel so depressed.  I mean, I have been depressed for 18 days, but I feel especially depressed tonight.  I just want to drown my sorrows watching Walker Texas Ranger and Sponge Bob Square Pants, but my mom is making me do school when they are on t.v.  I hate school! Especially math.  But after school I will watch Full House and Suite Life of Zack and Cody.  Then I will go to youtube.com and watch the hippo and doggie dance to "In the Jungle" (Lion King).  But still, after all that, I'll still be depressed.

Pippin is still missing! If he does not come home today he will be gone for 16 days. I am still hoping he will come though I'm not expeting him to. And my dad has not said if I can have a kitten or not. Thats all for now

I first have to say thanks to Beatrix for trying to help me find Pippin. But I don't think Pippin will ever come back home. So I'm trying to move on. To tell you the truth, I think he got jealous of the orange cat (even though the orange cat is not at my house. At least I do not think it is.) and he ran off and got shot again or got hurt and won't be able to come back home. He has a tendency to run off and get hurt.

Anyways, I first have to say my mom is trying to be healthier even though it is not working. We buy healthy bread from some homeschool friends:  Dbynums7 and Catlover make it. (And by the way the bread is so good.) We were over at their house getting some bread today because we usually get it on Fridays, but tomorrow the homeschool group is going to the fair and we won't be able to get it then because we're not going to the fair again.(Because I went Monday night.) My friends have 2 little kittens. They are SOOOOOO cute! It is a boy and a girl.  They are named Peter and Tiger Lily. (I think.) Me and my sister really, really liked Peter even though he looks like an Oreo! :) My mom likes him too.  He's black and white and very fluffy. So, I am trying to convince my dad to let us get the kitten. But right now I'm leaving Dad alone about it so he can think about it.

My mom doesn't want another outside cat because she's afraid it will get hit on the road or that it will run off like Pippin did. But she doesn't want an inside cat because my brother is allergic to cats, even though he's not home half the time. So I'm trying to convince her to let me get an inside kitten. And me and my sister said we would take care of it whether it was inside or outside.

I don't want it to sound like I'm over Pippin cause I'm not. I'm just trying to move on with my life.

Last night I went to the State Fair with "Beatrix" and "Nyan".  It was a lot of fun!  I have never been to the fair before so this was my first time.  My favorite ride looked like a flying saucer. (I can't remember the name.) You walk into the flying saucer and stand against a board and hold on to bars along the side.  Then you start spinning around and around so fast that you can't move.  You can ease your way up the wall slowly.  At the end of the ride you start easing down.

There was a water ride where you got in a pretend log that carried you high then around a corner and down really steep into a huge puddle of water.  There was a sign that said, "You will get wet on this ride."  How could someone not think they will get wet on a ride called "The Water Ride"? We also did Bumper Cars.  It only lasted about three minutes.

The Blizzard went around in circles one way and then the other with blizzard noises blaring in your ear.  The Swings were really fun.  We spun around and around.

I've never eaten funnel cake before but had heard it was really good.  So, I bought one and it was really, really good!

I got home around 11:15 pm.  I had a wonderful time!

Tonight I'm going back to the fair to clog.  I'll tell you about that tomorrow.
