Books I Love & More

Do These Count?
Does it count if I love books I helped to write?

I hope you'll like them as much as I do.  The first is a collection of biographies from the middle ages, all written by homeschool women!  I wrote the chapter on King Wenceslas.

The other book is coming out this month and I have written two chapters in it.   One chapter is about Noah and the Great Flood and the other chapter is about the Prophet Daniel.

I love biographies.  I love reading them and I love writing them.  I hope you will like these books as much as I do, too!  Check them out at http://bramleybooks.com .

How very cool! Congratulations on your writing being published. I write books too and I love the ones I write because they are FUN. Wirting two more to be released shortly.

How very extremely cool :). I think love for books is only amplified when we start writing them. Certainly that has been the case for me... and it went up another notch when I started publishing them myself :).

It is a small, crazy world on this internet, and with that fact in mind I must ask: are you the same Karla Akins who is quoted thrice in Chris Baty's "No Plot, No Problem"? I'm having a lot of fun reading it and did a doubletake when I saw your name in it... whether or not it's you, it's an interesting coincidence :).

Blessings,
Rachel

Congratulations on your chapters, are the books in book stores or just online? I would like to check them out, I am very happy for you to be able to publish your written work and what joy for you. My daughter is into writing and making comics. I am using Write Shop for her now to polish up her writing. She really enjoys it and it has been wonderful to see where she started and how much she has grown with it. She is into fantasy and loves to read history. American Girls and Jesse James are her favorite books.

Not this year, no. I absolutely love the concept of NaNoWriMo and would love to do it (maybe next year?) but at the moment I'm already working on umpteen projects, including blogging a novel at http://taerith-romany.blogspot.com, and I just don't have the time.
Baty's book is fun. I'm enjoying it :).

Tell everyone what you would do if you were on WifeSwap! What qualities about your family would you want others to share in?

Enjoy Your Blessings
