Thanks for all of the info. I'm really excited to go. We've been to Charleston twice before, but it's been....goodness, over 12 years ago since the last time. Our 2 girls were with us that time, and we stayed at Isle of Palms, too. The first time, Ashley was only 2, so that was 19 years ago. We stayed at a B & B in historic Charleston. I think this trip will mostlly consist of strolling through the historic district and at the battery, browsing the market and a few shops, sitting on the beach at the harbor, and maybe going out to the lighthouse. A lot of slow pace, sitting and napping and strolling! LOL.
