Boy Scout Camp

We dropped our son off at Boy Scout camp yesterday.  *weep*  He will be there for a week.  He is so excited.  I am a little nervous, but he belongs to a Christian homeschool troop, and so I know he is in good hands.  Here is where he and his buddy Luke will be sleeping for a week:

Jul. 10, 2006 - I cannot believe it!

Hey Wessers! Long time no chat - how have you been? Look at our big boy Spenser! Can't you tell him to slow down? I tell Miles all the time but he won't listen to me.

Did you guys get a dog? Did I not have enough Roo-Monster stories to scare you off dog ownership to last a life time? (Dog looks cute by the way but then I always think dogs that belong to others are cute!).

The girls are darling as always.

Keep in touch - I miss you! I can't believe you "found" me here amongst the hundreds of blogs. I'm so glad you did!

Jul. 10, 2006 - Just saying hello.....

Posted by kampsplete

Hi, I'm "Jusy's" sister. I saw your comment on her blog, and thought I would come over and see who you are. I LOVE finding new blogs. I just started a couple weeks ago, and I have had a great time "meeting" new people on here. Your blog is very nice. I just wanted to let you know (from reading back a ways in your blog) that I understand that feeling of having no money to pay for the water meter. My husband and I are struggling financially too. I felt so bad when I read that you were upset that you didn't have any money to buy your hubby a Father's Day present. I was in the same boat this year. I will pray that God will provide the necessary funds each month to get that meter paid off. Your kids are beautiful BTW, and have such nice names. Well...just wanted to say hello. Have a great evening! I'll come back and visit sometime.

Love, Kathy
