OK I have prepared the brine and
borrowed a pot large enough for the turkey. It smells
divine! I can't wait for tomorrow. We made 4 pies today-- a
pumpkin, a pumpkin-praline, and 2 key lime pies.
I still need to make cornbread for the dressing and a flow chart for my
pots and pans for what I cook when in the morning. I love
Thanksgiving!!

Oh I am so excited. I knew I saw a really easy recipe for Key Lime Pie (My hubby loves it!), but could not remember for the life of me where it was. I went to all my groups pleading for help, and though they gave me some good recipes, they weren't like the one I remembered reading. Hooray! I found it! It was yours! We just love Key Lime Pie here, and I can't wait to try this yummy sounding recipe. Do you use the food coloring? Or just not bother? I probably won't. Thanks for sharing this again. I don't know if I ever would have found it! Have a great Thanksgiving. Your turkey sounds like it's going to be wonderful....
Love, Kathy

I skipped on the brine this year. I was too worried it wouldn't work, but maybe for christmas.
