Take heart gentleman. They are out there, our Beatrice Brigade, doing the work of civilizing the next generation of culture warriors. My wife, I realized one day, was to me the Fairest Flower in all of Christendom . . . and so she is and so every Beatrice is to the one who sees her well. The land, every corner of it, are filled with such gentle souls . . fair flowers of Christ’s kingdom doing God’s work for God’s pay.

After reading about The Feminine Mistake it is refreshing to hear someone affirm what we do.  I didn't read the book, but this article just made me feel sad.  Her family circumstances were regrettable, but to examine her grandmother's life and make judgments for all women is incredibly short-sighted and unfortunate.

Hope you are doing well! I probably will not want to tell the truth on Tuesday! I have been enjoying the chocolate the girls are receiving. We haven't bought any of it! LOL I also endulged and made macaroni salad this weekend. Tomorrow we are having subs! I real no, no, but I am looking forward to it! ;) I plan to only eat half! I'll let you know! Blessings, Eva
