Will a Man Rob God?

Our church was robbed-- they took our laptop, power point projector, a brand new $1000 keyboard, and some kind of MIDI thing from the organ. No forced entry, so we think they either hid while someone was there, or maybe propped open a door that noone noticed. (There are a bazillion doors in the church, several in rooms we don't really check. Well, didn't check-- I am sure we will now.) We have an alarm system but it only covers certain areas. Anyway it was a little disheartening, but it's just stuff and insurance will cover it. We may even end up with better "stuff" since the technology has improved since we bought the power point equipment. And we were about to buy a new $300 bulb for the projector, so we will save that much. Although I am not sure what our deductible is. |
