þ Set up disconnect for internet & tv (give final mailing address)

þ Set up disconnect for telephone (give final mailing address)

þ    go through preinspect with housing office

þ    DD to go through dresser & pull any/all clothes too small

þ DD to go through desk & throw away all trash & other items not needed

þ Reserve car rental

þ Stop housing allotment

þ Pick up medical records

þ Pay pro-rate rent and cleaning service

þ Return library books

þ Check all lightbulbs & replace before check-out

þ Obtain new drip-pans to put in before check-out

þ DD to hose off all items on lanai

þ Move all scrapbooking stuff to scrapbooking closets

þ Move all immediate future homeschooling stuff to back shelving

þ Relocate all "not immediate" homeschool stuff to bookroom

þ Email local friend for pick-up of frozen food items (her reply pending)

þ Drain & dry deep freeze

þ Email local friend for "stop by" to go through possible items for sale    (our exact meet date pending)

þ Pack a suitcase w/ minimal necessary school stuff to take on plane (50# total)

þ Wash rugs throughout, dry and put into linen closet

þ Wash outer shower curtain and put into linen closet

þ Downsize toiletries in hall closet and bathroom cupboards

þ Relocate all toiletries to upstairs bathroom

þ Relocate all computer accessories to desk computer area

þ Box up piano keyboard

þ Spackle holes in wall from dry-erase boards

þ Clean dry erase boards

þ Back up PC to external harddrive

þ install external HD software to laptop

þ install AIM to laptop

þ Disconnect PC

þ Cancel reservation at the Marriott

þ Confirm reservation w/ ResortQuest

þ DD to downsize desk

þ DD to downsize clothes in dresser

þ Organize DD's audio books and downsize cassettes collection

þ DD to downsize dress-ups

þ Downsize DD's closet items

þ Organize Girl Scout items (mine) for easy pack-out

þ Take down lamps from walls (living room and DD room) 

þ Take down timeline

þ Remove all maps & posters from walls downstairs

þ Remove all maps & posters from walls upstairs

þ Get hair cut

þ Get pedicure

þ Remove non-essentials from mini-van

þ Take minivan through carwash before dropoff at Matson Vehicle Processing Center (will be done on Monday 7/31)

þ Make sure DH has phone # to rental car place for pick-up at Matson

þ Change final inspection time w/housing office

þ Deposit DD's money into bank account

þ WIthdraw some travel money

þ Make sure have an extra book of checks packed

As I get things done they're being checked off. As I think of more things they get added!
