I shared this on an email list I'm on and thought I'd share it here, too, since I whipped a batch up this afternoon for tea time. I've had this recipe for quite sometime and have no clue where I actually got it from, but a source is cited within the recipe.
GOLDEN TREASURES
Serves 6 (3 each)
- 2 tablespoons reduced-fat chunky peanut butter
- 2/3 cup Carnation Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
- 2 tablespoons granular Splenda
- 1/3 cup Sugar Free Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups (4 1/2 ounces) oatmeal
INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, dry milk powder, Splenda, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir in oatmeal. Place waxed paper on a cookie sheet. Drop mixture by tablespoonfuls to form 18 balls. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Cover and refrigerate left overs.
Each serving equals:
HE: 1 Bread, 1/2 Fat, 1/2 Protein, 1/2 Skim Milk, 9 Optional Calories

I've printed out all the planners and how to's but I'm still not sure how to fill it out. I'm trying to customize it for three kids.
