Singapore
I just realise that since I've started blogging I've never written about Singapore! So wierd right?! I'm like going to write a review of Singapore:
Singapore is a big, bustling city on a little island. This little island is forever busy and a big tourist attraction. In this little island are 4 main places that are great for visiting:
1. Sentosa, a small island off the coast of Singapore. Reachable by train/bus/walking/car. The little island has Singapore's pride and joy, the merlion. A big statue with a head of a lion and a body of a fish. Sentosa also has beaches, mueseums and rides.
2. Botanical Gardens, a beautiful and big flower garden. It's also a park. There are beautiful flowers of all kinds and wonderful butterflies.
3. Singapore Zoo, this small zoo -compared to others in the world, it's quite small- has many animals. Exotic and local are found at this zoo.
4. Night Safari, only open at night (isn't that obvious?). It has all the nocternal animals there. Interesting isn't it?
Now, my definiton of Singapore: Perfect little island paradise

Some Random Facts
1. The whole idea of a pizza was a edible plate. A whole lot less dish-washing....
2. Original vanilla scent is from the orchid. Who could have imagined? The smell of an orchid is so...flowery.
3. The Hershey Kiss© has nothing to with an act of love. It comes from the sound the machine every time it spits out a Kiss. Cool right?
5. A taste buds life time is only about 3-4 days. Treat it well, ice-cream palooza!!!!
6. Every single hair on your head has a muscle. To stand on end when your little brother jumps out at you from your cuboard. Well, generally, when you get scared.
Just thought it would be fun to give out those facts. Interesting right? Thought some people might want to know....LOL!!!

3 Highlights
These past few weeks have been cool. Just hangin' with my friends and stuff like that... Nothing to big. Except these 3 highlights of my past few weeks:
1. FOP, Festival Of Praise. It rocked!!!!!!!!! I will never forget FOP it was sooo cool!
2. Figuring out that there are only four places for the album. Did you know that there are a lot of good singers in the band? Let's just move on with life why don't we?
3. Um, ok...let's see. What else happened? Oh, right! I have totally fallen in love with this Roman Mysteries series! It is sooo good! Mystery stories set in Roman times! Totally rockin'. And the main character is, hey, hey, hey! A girl!
Yup, that's right. The writer decided that it would be cool to show some girl power in the book! In Roman times, girls were simply house wives. So everybody thinks that Flavia (the main character) is just a nosy girl, when she's actually looking for clues. The writer also made Flavia a caring girl against slavery, so the book shows that girls can do stuff AND that slavery is wrong. Two of the things that are BIG must-knows: Girls rule, and (of course) slavery is being cruel to another human being. That plus the mystery part= I love it!!!!

FOP
Hi! Just a quick up-date about what I did this weekend: I went to FOP!!! (Festival of Praise) It r-o-c-k-e-d!!!!!!! I went on saturday & sunday...Love it! I went on saturday with my cell, after Megalife and on Sunday with the band. Just talking about it is making me excited for next year!!!!! This is what happened the two days, in 2 seperate paragraphs!!! o.o (Ok, I'm feeling super high right now, so just accept that I'm weird sometimes.)
Saturday: After service we ran for the bus (they got some buses that would take us to the indoor stadium.) yet we still left and or course got there late. We all got the back-stage seats...*sigh* Back-stage seats you ask? Isn't that great you ask? My answer: NO. When I say back-stage I mean, behind the stage. So all we could see were the back of their heads. yay!
Sunday: Mom & Dad drove me to the indoor stadium. Then I meet the band there. (It was totally planned) After that we all just rocked out and had fun. As usual, the guys were all pumped and acting like, guys, I guess. The girls talked (as females usually do) but, with more excitment than usual...During the FOP itself everybody just had fun.
More to come! Can you feel my excitment?!

Time goes by...
Of course any other teen would say time flies fast but I say time goes by. Because time doesn't go by fast, it goes by at the usual speed. It only seems fast because we're always busy, doing something or just don't pay attention to the time. Anyway, here's what happened in that time that went by....
We got a Wii!
We've been playing it very often. We only have 2 games though.
Auditions are in about 1+ weeks! I'm so excited! Everybody has been talking about it... We're all so excited about it.
School has started up again, everybody's back to old small talk topics: School, teachers and home-work. Of course in the worship team group the album auditions are always brought up some way or another.
Last week sunday the band went out for lunch together. And everybody split up, some were doing home-work and some were just talking and playing games. It ended up that I was alone with Benjamin at out small table. We went and played 'Would you rather?'. He was asking totally cruel and mean questions and I finally got back at him in one go. I asked, "Would you rather kiss Natalie or Nicole?" He refused to answer, saying it's to wierd a quesiton and I said, "Fine, but I get to forfeit you know." He was fine with it, but I gave up. Everything I thought of was to mean and cruel to ask him to do.
That's what has happened through the time that has passed. Totally fun/interesting/weird/ok.....

My favorite song!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Looks like tonight, the sky is heavy
Feels like the winds are gonna change
Beneath my feet, the earth is ready
I know its time for heaven's rain
It's gonna rain
Cos it's living water we desire
To flood our hearts with holy fire
Rain down all around the world we're singing
Rain down can you here the earth is singing
Rain down my heart is dry but still I'm singing
Rain down rain it down on me.
Back to the start, my heart is heavy
Feels like it's time, to dream again
I see the clouds, and yes I'm ready
To dance upon this barren land
Hope in my hands
Do not shut, Do not shut, Do not shut the heavens
But open up, open up, open up our hearts
Give me strength to cross this water
Keep my heart upon your altar
Give me strength to cross this water
Keep my feet don’t let me falter
I love Rain Down!!! It's soooooooo cool! I love Hillsong United! That is my favorite song!!!

Bubble's 1st Ballet Lesson
Bubble's first ballet lesson was yesterday night. She said that quite a few kids were from her Kindergarden and her Sunday School. Next week she might be getting her measurments for her shoes and leotard. Her lessons are at the CC down the street.
I think I'm also gonna join ballet. I can't wait for a spot to open up at the CC!! My mom and dad (I think) are ok with it. They won't mind me taking ballet. Yay!! I can't wait!!

B'day Bizarre
Of course it wasn't my birthday -my b'days not till December!- it was Kennth's b'day. Kenneth is the worship leader. I was laughing so hard when we celebrated his b'day I almost fell off my chair! Here's what happened:
Serivce had ended and Ryan brought the cakes out. We had 4 of them! Abby and Piying got 2 for pranking then Ryan and Darren got another 2 for pranking! When they found out they'd both gotten cakes they decided to....well you'll find out!
Cake 1. They put a herbal drink inside that nobody likes! It really smells weird....
Cake 2. They put pepper, salt and McDonald's chilli inside (I'm getting scared about my b'day...)
Cake 3. We were gonna smash it in his face! *cake fight!!!*
Cake 4. He could eat this one.... *awwwww*
These were his reactions to the different cakes
Cake 1. He made a face and asked why it tasted so weird. (we bust out laughing and told him we put jia jia liang de inside.) He also accused us trying to kill him. - I woud never! ok, maybe... ok, I confess!!! I'm guilty!!-

Cake 2. He didn't even eat it... (he saw the red stuff and smelled the chilli so he didn't even taste it!)
Cake 3. When he had checked it he started to eat it and Ryan smashed his face in the cake! Then Ryan tried to put the cherry in his hair, but he failed, Kenneth noticed. *chuckle* Then he took the left-overs (what was not on his face) and smashed it on Ryan who smashed it at Kenneth and it goes on...
Cake 4. He ended up eating it...and tried to put the cherry on Ryan's hair. He also didn't accomplish it.
That was Kenneth's b'day celebration. I wonder what will happen at mine? I better bring a rain-coat, umbrella and an extra change of clothes.

Girls Day Out
Me, Natalie, Nicole and Huiting went on a movie day yesterday. We had so much fun!!! We went to this Yamen tea house after that, for lunch (a really really late one).
We ran into Abby, Joshua and Kenneth at the Yamen tea house. Me, Abby and Joshua nearly flew back to church. I was kinda late for pre-service prayer meeting with my cell. But, hey, I made it!! Anyway, Jayna told me later they had only just started because a lot of people came later than usual. Isn't it funny how things just work out?
Then when our guitar lesson was kinda slow -in a good way- because we were all feeling lazy. It was soooooo hot that day, who could blame us? Everybody else was kinda quiet which is really weird because normally everybody is really loud. There's normally hysterical laughter, giggles and loud talking. It was to hot to have that much fun, you can't have fun when it's to hot right?
You feel like you wanna jump in a pool, and you feel the irony that you are sitting in the atrium of the church while there are people jumping in the pool right now. Also the torture of knowing that Wild Wild Wet (a water park) is open just like 5 minutes away...
Honestly!! Who's idea was it to start bringing up jumping in a pool?! Oh...yea...Benjamin. Whatever, it was still such a torture knowing that people were getting wet while we were roasting in the atrium....
