Flip Book
Today I'm going to teach you how to make a flip book. You need three sheets of paper, scissors, and markers or crayons or pencils. The first thing you do is lay the paper in a stack. Then fold the whole stack into thirds. Then cut two slits to make three equal flaps in the left side and the right side. Cut all the way down to the crease.
The top flaps are always going to be the head. The middle flap is the torso. And the bottom flap is the legs and feet. You are going to draw seven people or animals. Make sure that the head does not go past the top flap. Make sure the torso does not go past the second flap, and so on. The idea is that when you turn the pages you can make a crazy person like these:
I don't know why mom did this. She put a skirt with a boy's head. This is an example of a crazy person you will make.
