On the subject of PartyLite and getting a HOPE CHEST

This Article was published in Waiting for My Knight... My Hopes

Our PartyLite show was really great!

We had a $500 show, so we split them and got 2 shows out of it, so we got double hostess gifts. YAHOO!

We each got about $68 worth of FREE stuff. WOW! I got more wax than anything. I got Passion Fruit Salsa, and my new favorite Blue Tamarind! And I finally got to get the Hollywood Melt Warmer that I have been wanting. And I got a set of 3 holders that the votive cups come out of and you can fill the bottom with beads and etc, that would normally cost $60, but I got for $25.

We are having another one, if anyone needs anything. =0) Just let us know!

All these things will be going in my "Hope Chest" for when I get married. Which will prob be sooner than we think =0) Except for the wax, that will be gone before long too. I have a list of stuff that I would like to get to go in my "Hope Chest".

I have come to realize how important it is to have a "Hope Chest". How will I be able to keep my house if I don’t have anything to put in it? If I have a "Hope Chest" then I will be able to easily be able to set up a home that is comfortable and is a safe haven for my husband when he comes home from being in the world. He will know that he can come home to me and know that his house and possessions that he works so hard for are being well cared for. And he will luv to be home surrounded by a wife who cares and luvs him beyond words.

I can't wait to get married and have that special relationship that God himself ordained in the beginning of time with my husband. Man, won't that be AWESOME!

Thank you for spending your precious time to read the ramblings of a 16-year-old girl who is trying to become a woman seeking the way of God.

I can only hope to become as much as a blessing as all the people I meet here are to me. So THANK YOU.

Thanks for stopping by "Daily" at the "Planet"!

Luv

Hey there!
Sorry, I haven't looked at your blog in a pretty long time!! It's lookin' really good!
I have a hope chest that I started on my last birthday, my 13th. It's really neat to think that someday you'll be using these things in your own home!

Thanks for sharing about your hopechest and dreams for the future. I have a hopechest, too, and enjoy putting things in it, saving for my future home and children (God willing).
I hope you have a wonderful day!

What I Believe

I am a Biblical Believer and don’t conform to the denominations of today’s world. I am a non-fiction Believer. That means that God has already written my life story and I don’t want to change it by doing what I want, but follow it perfectly by His Word and Guidance. I will follow that plan alone. I will not make my own plans, but follow where He leads me.
I have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and love Him as my Savior. I want to live wholly for Him and give my everything to Him.
I believe in Jesus Christ. That He is the Only Son of God. That He is the Way, the Truth and the Life. No one can come to the Father unless through Jesus Christ.
I believe Jesus Christ was beaten, crucified, and rose again in three days. I believe that He died for my sins, and washed them away. I believe that He is coming back for his people some day soon.
I believe that a marriage consists of a MAN and a WOMAN. I believe that the husband should be the head of the household and that all decisions lie ultimately with him. I believe that a woman should be a keeper of her home. I believe she does not need to get a job outside of her home and out of the authority of her husband.
I believe in a full quiver, and that God will give me the desires of my heart. I believe that the woman should stay home and raise her children in the LORD.
I am praying and waiting for God to bring the man of my dreams. I can’t wait to get married and have my own family. I am excited that I can be a stay at home mom and keep my home. I want to be a Homemaker and make my home to be a haven for my family to learn to be Biblical and Godly.
I hope to be an encouragement and teach Biblical things to all who stop by my blog and be encouraged and learn from others.
