a KNIGHT to remember A birthday looms this week for my almost-seven-year-old boy. As a gift for this knight-crazed grandson, my Father took him to Medieval Times - a dinner and show put on to imitate the knightly games of the middle ages. What an incredible gift! Something he is sure to remember for the rest of his life - not to mention that the knight that represented his section (the green knight) won the tournament!
