Jul. 6, 2006 - long time
I am sorry that I am been gone so long. I have been to camp it was amazing. I have had my hair cut. and mom took a new pic so my profile pick is different. but sometimes I realize how much I care about the natural when I should be caring about the supernatural. Anyone ever had a time when they are having a spiritial battle and all you can think about is "I look like a wreck." Believe me I have been there and done that. I am discouraged none of my prayers being answered. A little depressed then I look in the mirror. "Ick I look terrible. Man I need to wash my hair. Oh speaking of hair I need a cut. When will people stop mistaking me for a 9 year old. My face looks so babyish." And I just continue to talk about myself in a bad way. And when I finish I feel worse then I did before. But one time when this happened I started thinking about the good things. Like that I don't have acne or pimples. That I am beautiful in Jesus's eyes. Then I feel better. When you get to the point when your thoughts are on Jesus the inner battle is easier. After I started thinking about God. I read my Bible and prayed about what I was going through. Though I still had doubts try to come to me I felt better. When ever life seems like it is letting you down. Or you feel like your praying to the wall don't give up. He is listening honest. You just need to listen for him. Sorry if I rambled a bit. but I just get a little carried away.Comments

Ya, I do have a few zits, but they all seem to be particularly stubborn ones. I've tried everything: washing, showers, creams, sun, even dunking my face into scalding hot water then putting ice cubes on it (this was the most effective). After weeks of fighting back the oncoming hordes of pimples, I pushed them back to a level that is only bairly noticeable, with NO PERMANENT SCARING (YAAA).
