A nod to Dave....

 Sarah, Sharon, and Tia- I can't thank you enough for having a conversation about Dave Ramsey in my presence last March.   

Yesterday we officially started baby step 3.  You know what that means, debt free except the house!  Whoo hooo!

Oh, and as proof that old habits die hard- last night we went out to dinner to celebrate and totally blew the food budget.  Constant vigilance.  I must keep reminding myself.  Constant vigilance.

There is a happy dance going on over here!  We just paid off the third thing on our debt snowball.  I think this is the first of the debts that I am really excited to have paid off- probably because this one had interest being tacked on every month, and the first two didn't.

Grand total so far....

$4,289.34 less debt than we had in April.

WHOOO HOOO!
