Just a short post...

Okay, so you guys know me as karatechick1, but as heatherfeather seems to have quit, I am the new Society owner.

Feel free to leave a comment with suggestions to improve this blog. I'm going get a c-box when I have time, and I might change the template. I think we should do some recruiting for the Society as well.

EDIT: I have decided to re-post the rules.

1. I have posted at least 4 times in the last month.

2. I will post at least one post per month while in The Society.

3. I have had a blog for at least one month.

4. I have posted least half as many comments as I have gotten, or more, and will continue to do so.

5. I am not “above” doing tags.

6. I can appreciate the acronyms’s (such as LOL and TTYL) place in the English language.

7. I am open to talking and discussing Jesus Christ, God, and the Bible, even though I may not believe it to be true.

8. I will not use profanity, inappropriate language, name-calling, “foul” play, or any other inappropriate signs, gestures, words, etc. while on this blog.

9. If I repeatedly break any of the rules above, I may be kicked off The Society and refused membership for up to a year.

...And LiveItLoveItBringIt has requested membership. If anyone opposes, say so. Otherwise she will be added in approximately a week.

Hey, I'm glad to see this is up and running again!

I saw that TheSociety was on when I logged in and I was like 'Cool, finally.' Since I was WAY to lazy to find the society in my favorites folder or type in the adress I went to my blog and clicked on the society logo. But it just took me to a page saying something like 'there is a problem with the sites security certificate... security certificate problems may indicate an attempt to fool you or intercept any data you send to the server... is not reccommended you continue to the site...'
That was sort of scary so I didn't bother but when you commented I clicked on the username and The Society came up perfectly fine. Do you perhaps have a different Society logo I could use?

NVM, I figured it out! Sorry about that! I realized that instead of http:// the link said https://. Don't know how that happened, oh well.

Once again, I'm glad to see this up and running. Are you going to do contests or polls or something on here?
