• Feb. 26, 2007 - Toadstool!

My 9yo daughter was on the potty the other day when she called to me with a quite concerned tone in her voice. I came to the door to find out what was the matter and she informs me that she is quite concerned because she has "toadstool"! Of couse I tried very hard not to laugh through my complete puzzlement over what on earth she was talking about. I asked her what toadstool was and she said that she was having a tough time going potty. Ah ha- the lightbulb came on! This precious little girl in her sweet little 9 years on this earth had already witnessed hundreds of diaper changes and no doubt at some point had heard her Mommy use the term "hard stool" and had mistook it for "toadstool"! Just too cute!
