If the SS (Sunday School) teacher at your church were a SH(secular humanist - more on what this means in a future blog) would you draw your children out of SS and find a Godly teacher to teach your children? If the answer is Yes ~ then why would allow your children to be taught by a SH 5 days a week in the public school? Is one hour on Sunday each week enough time to teach your children spiritual things versus 5 days a week, 7 hours each day of SH teaching? Some of you may be saying “but at my school there are many Christians teaching.” Let me ask you this- how are they teaching anything different than the SH’s? Isn’t the curriculum being taught based on SH ideas? Does a teacher simply being a Christian make the education Biblical? Again- who is writing the textbooks? Does the curriculum being taught by the Christian teachers deny or recognize God? In fact isn’t it worse to have a Christian teaching these false things? Doesn’t it just validate that the things they teach are true in your child‘s mind?
I encourage you to get a copy of the book ‘None Dare Call it Education’ by John Stormer and prepare to be shocked as you read through it!
