Cantate Home School Choir January Special 2009
Hello Friends,
Please forward this email on to any homeschool families that might appreciate this information.
Here are some great reasons to join the Cantate Home School Choir in 2009:
- We are now a "drop-off" program! Feel free to drop off your singers at our Friday rehearsals from 12:55 - 1:30 at Northwest Church in Federal Way. Enjoy a coffee and some quiet time at Starbucks or run errands. This has been a big hit this past fall! Parents are always welcome to observe rehearsals.
- The Singing Family is our winter/spring theme. We will be studying J.S. Bach's family life and the music they made together and sharing these ideas with our own families.
- Try it out for the month of January, FREE! Please, feel free to come and join us for one month, free. Call Carrie Jo Mangle at 253-942-4354 to arrange to take advantage of this offer and for regular tuition rates.
- More excellent performances in the community. Check out our schedule on the Cantate website at: http://cantatechoir.com/Schedule.html Last year additional performance opportunities included the Tacoma Rainiers and the Puyallup Fair. We are always looking for new performance venues that will help the children improve their musicianship.
Have a wonderful Christmas as we celebrate the birth of the Savior of the world!

“A pianist who can serve music to the
degree that he himself becomes invisible
is a true musician. The words in between
the piano sonatas were spoken with
poetical power thereby leading his
audience to a deeper perception of
the music. It was an incredible evening.”
