It was AWESOME!!!! I got the three main things I wanted, plus lots of other cool stuff. I got:
1) The first thing I wanted on my list, and what I have been playing like CRAZY since I got it: Pokémon Ranger: Shadows of Almia Nintendo DS game.
2) I got earphones yesterday because my mama forgot about them.
3) I GOT SUSAN'S HORN NECKLACE!!!!! I wear everday now next to my cross necklace and they are about the same length.
4) I got a Do Hard Things fish t-shirt. It's pretty and blue.
5) Like the entire collection of Jane Austen books, minus Emma because I already have that one. My fav is(so far) Pride and Prejudice.
6) Pretty Verithin Prismacolor colored pencils. They are expensive.
7) $15 from my grandparents who came later that day(I got a scarf from them and slippers from an aunt of mine, both handmade).
8) The Two Towers book by J.R.R. Tolkien. I knew about that one, I picked it out.
9) A pair of blue pjs decorated with candy.
10) 20 music downloads.
11) A really cool Narnia The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe book that I can write in, but it looks too pretty to me!!! lol.
12) Two other books I've wanted for awhile: one is called Victory On The Walls by Frieda Clark Hyman(it's a story of Nehemiah), and the other is called Shadow Hawk by Andre Norton(this one is set sometime in Egypt)
13) I got really good smelling lotion that is Candied Apple scented.
I think that's it. We had mashed cheesy garlic potatoes, ham, corn pudding, and.....cookies!! Peanut butter(Dani made) and sugar(Julia and Alex made, with Dani's help). They were all good. My grandparents also brought over this really good cake. I don't know what it's called, but it coconut, maraschino cherries, angel food cake(I think), and some other fruit....maybe....pineapple? Either way, it was good!!!.
My mama has finally gone and gotten rid of the satellite!!!!! I can't believe it!!!!! *sigh* Oh well, at least now our bills will be cheaper and she got rid of it after we watched all my favorite CHRISTmas cartoons. I like Spongebob and the older Fairly Oddparents CHRISTmas specials because that's what I grew up watching.
TOMORROW'S CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!!! I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!!!!
We had a bonfire last night. It was fun and many of us had hot dogs and almost all of us had smores or marshmallows. The hot dogs were very hot and I wasn't really expecting it! Towards the end of my first one it tasted kinda marshmallowy. Is that a word? It is now! lol
Ryan is currently watching School House Rock with Megan. They can be sooooo cute! But they can be soooo annoying too. This morning We decorated the tree and they keep getting into the ornaments and trying to remove them. Good thing that we only put up the unbreakable ones! lol.
Just thought I'd update, and if I don't get on before CHRISTmas: Merry CHRISTmas!!!!!!!!!!
I finished The Hobbit last night. It was good. I am currently reading The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of The Ring. But since I just started it, I'm only on the foreword by Tolkien! lol. My sis wouldn't bother with such things as forewords, but I read them. I had to look up some words I didn't know in The Hobbit, and I am probably going to have to do that with this book too. That's fine. I have vocabulary and am learning new words.
I got to go. It's lunchtime and I am soooooo HUNGRY!!!
• Dec. 17, 2008 - You won't BELIEVE what Ryan did....
Earlier today when I was working on my schoolwork, Ryan says he has to go potty. He was doing good this morning, going to the bathroom by himself. A few minutes later I hear the toilet flush. Then the water starts running. Five-ish minutes go by and he still doesn't come out. I yell to him to get out, because he is in the bathroom and I'm still doing schoolwork. He doesn't come out. Then he eventually comes out and asks me to turn off the water. I sk him if he had been bathing in the sink because the lower section of his shirt is all wet. I go in there and the faucet is on, it's plugged up, and water is running out of the sink!! Out of the sink it goes, all over the counter, over the counter and ALL OVER THE FLOOR!!!!!!! There is at least a quater inch over water on the floor in the sections nearest the counter. And it's spreading!!!! In the space of 30 seconds, I realize that I need to fix this. I go in, turn off the water, unplug the sink's stopper, and then run to get towels. I grab at least 5 and that still ends up not being enough. Mama and Dani come in and help mop the floor up. Dani says that at least Mama won't have to mop in there anytime soon!! lol Mama told Daddy over the phone and I say we should have taken pics first.... oh wel!!!
We won't let him go in the bathroom alone anytime soon...
I made Dani take the quiz. She was Arwen, but half the things that it said she was, she wasn't! lol. But as I watched her take it, I realized I skipped a few questions! So I am retaking it! Here goes!!
Ok.....so I'm STILL Aragorn....whatever. At least I'm not a bad guy or something. Oh well! Since I'm royalty, everyone should be nice to me!! lol!
I couldn't figure out the LOTR quiz thing. But I was Aragorn....Dani was making fun of me and saying, "Make way for King Aragorn! Make way for King Aragorn!" And when I glared at, she laughed a little and said, "I love you, hehehe." She was asking for it. I wonder who she will be when I make HER take it! *insert evil laugh here!*
I know I haven't posted for awhile. BUT! I haven't been totally lazy! Just partly! lol. What I HAVE been doing is: schooolwork,a little drawing, working on one of my stories( not the Noah one I have partly posted. If you have read it, PLEASE COMMENT!! I feel as if all my work is going unnoticed and unloved! ) , and I started The Hobbit by J.R.R. Tolkien! It's good so far.
Also we are having company tomorrow. So me and Dani are going to have to clean the kitchen. *sigh* I would rather sit on the computer and work on my book, draw, or read.
I better go. They will prolly be waking soon. Bye Bye!!!!!!
It is only 2 DAYS until Prince Caspian arrives!!! I can't wait!!!!!!
Yesterday we drove 5 hours to see some family members. It was kinda fun I guess. We went for a walk and part of it I went barefoot cause the boots I was wearing were hurting my heels and I was afraid they would give me blisters. Hate those....
THANK YOU GOD!!!! Mama didn't have any panic attacks on our way there. She is more prone to having them if we travel. SO THANK YOU GOD SHE DIDN"T HAVE ANY!!!!!! That made it 113 DAYS!!! YAAAAAAAAY!!!!!!!

Today is Thanksgiving and you know what that means.....FOOOOOOOD!!!!!!!!!!! I hope you all have a great Thanksgiving! I'm making rolls, Dani's making punch and my parents are making everything else! LOL. Well my grandparents are bringing pies when they come. Here is an email from a friend of mine titled "Happy Thanksgiving!" but I think it should be called "The 12 Days of Thanksgiving"
On the First Day.....
We give thanks for the fresh turkey feast and
its hot trimmings.
On the Second Day.....
We bless the cold turkey sandwiches,
sloshy cranberry sauce, and hard rolls.
On the Third Day.....
We praise the turkey pie and vintage mixed veggies.
On the Fourth Day.....
We thank the pilgrims for not serving bison that first
time, or we'd be celebrating Thanksgiving until April.
On the Fifth Day.....
We gobble up cubed bird casserole and pray for a
glimpse of naked turkey carcass.
On the Sixth Day.....
We show gratitude (sort of) to the creative cook who
slings cashews at the turkey and calls it Oriental.
On the Seventh Day.....
We forgive our forefathers and pass the turkey-nugget
pizza.
On the Eighth Day.....
The word ''vegetarian'' keeps popping into our heads.
On the Ninth Day.....
We check our hair to make sure we're not beginning
to sprout feathers.
On the Tenth Day.....
We hope that the wing meat kabobs catch fire under
the broiler.
On the Eleventh Day.....
We smile over the creamed gizzard because the thigh
bones are in sight.
On the Twelfth Day.....
We apologize for running out of turkey leftovers.
And everybody says Amen.
Happy Thanksgiving!!!
Though at our house, the turkey disappears alot sooner!!
By the way, I have joined the FantasyFriends.
We watched One Night With The King last night. It was a story about Queen Esther. It wasn't as Biblically accurate as I was expecting, but it was still pretty darn good and funny in parts too. If you didn't know the story, you would get REALLY nervous when she goes to the king. I'm gonna write a book with the Esther story, but not her point of view. Someone else's. :} Lol. I'd give it a....4 out of 5.
As of last night, my mama has gone 110 days without a single panic attack!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yay! Mama!!!!!!
Love,
Yahweh's Daughter
P.S. Only 5 more days until Prince Caspian arrives!!!!!
I have been tagged by narnialover95! I can't remember the exact number of things I'm supposed to say about myself, 6 or 8, so I'm going to do 7 things!
1) I have partially lime green nails(I've been picking at them the past few days and gotta repaint them.).
2) I belive in courtship.
3) I love the book, Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen.
4) I hate spiders.
5) One of my favorite music artists is Bethany Dillon.
6) I love the Impressionistic style of painting.
7) I love little kids!
Okay, now I can't remember if I can tag back, but I tag narnialover95, SweetBaker, and 1ofhis, but if I can't tag back, then just the other 2.

Subject: THE MARINES WANT THIS TO ROLL ALL OVER THE U.S.
THE MARINES WANT THIS TO ROLL ALL OVER THE U.S.
Please don't delete this until you send it on,Let's send it around the world.
This is a poem being sent from a Marine
to his Dad.For those who take the time
to read it,you'll see a letter from him to
his dad at the bottom. It makes you truly
thankfulfor not only the Marines,but
ALL of our troops.
THE MARINE
We all came together,
Both young and old
To fight for our freedom,
To stand and be bold.
In the midst of all evil,
We stand our ground,
And we protect our country
From all terror around.
Peace and not war,
Is what some people say.
But I'll give my life,
So you can live the American way.
I give you the right
To talk of your peace.
To stand in your groups,
and protest in our streets.
But still I fight on,
I don't fuss, I don't whine.
I'm just one of the people
Who is doing your time.
I'm harder than nails,
Stronger than any machine.
I'm the immortal soldier,
I'm a U.S. MARINE!
So stand in my shoes,
And leave from your home.
Fight for the people who hate you,
With the protests they've shown.
Fight for the stranger,
Fight for the young.
So they all may have,
The greatest freedom you've won
Fight for the sick,
Fight for the poor
Fight for the cripple,
Who lives next door.
But when your time comes,
Do what I've done.
For if you stand up for freedom,
You'll stand when the fight's done

Hey Dad,
Do me a favor and label this 'The Marine' and send it toeverybody on your email list.Even leave this letter in it.I want this rolling all over the US ;I want every home reading it. Every eye seeing it. And every heart to feel it. So can you please send this for me? I would but my email time isn't that longand I don 't have much time anyway.
You know what Dad?I wondered what it would be like to truly understandwhat JFK said in His inaugural speech.'When the time comes to lay down my life for my country,I do not cower from this responsibility.I welcome it.' Well, now I know. And I do. Dad, I welcome the opportunity to d o what I do. Even though I have left behind a beautiful wife, and I will miss the birth of our first born child, I would do it 70 times over to fight forthe place that God has made for my home. I love you all and I miss you very much.I wish I could be there when Sandi has our baby, but tell her that I love her, and Lord willing,I will be coming home soon.Give Mom a great big hug from me and give one to yourself too..
Aaron
Please let this marine (and all our military)know we care by passing his poem onto your friendseven if you don't usually take time to forward mail...do it this time!
Thanks,
Let's help Aaron's dad spread the word ..... FREEDOM isn't FREE
Someone pays for you and me.
God bless you!
This is an email my mama sent me. Sorry the pics didn't show. Don't know how to fix that.
I was awakened this morning by an annoying ruckus. Thinking that Mama was letting the dogs out, I glanced at the window. It was still dark. I grab my watch to look at the time( we don't have a clock in our room.) and it said 5:22 am. Come to find out it's the 2 stupid cats Tiger and Pepper. I get up,slip on my slippers, grab my laptop and writing book and head for the door. I "SHH!" at them and they stop. When I go into the bathroom, Pepper(my cat, looks like pepper, and prolly started the fight) looks at me and "Meow!"s. He's on the counter and wants me to fill the sink just so he can have a drink. That rhymed. Anyway, I tell him," No. Get down! Go drink from the dogs' water, it's the same thing!" I scare him off and he runs out. Stupid cats.....
Now I'm thinking God sent them to wake me up. Megan didn't wake up, thank God. Neither did the boys, thank God. Or Mama and Juli, thank God. And Dani hardly wakes up to anything, and she doesn't bug me, so I'm not worried about her.
It's getting light out now and I heard noises before, so they'll be waking up soon. Today is another school day.Ugh...... But hey, the bright side is: it's only 8 days until Prince Caspian arrives!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's still sorta dark in here while I'm typing. I'm glad Mama made us do a typing book. I pretty much know where all the keys are. Thanks Mama!
Like the title says. I'm not making this a long post because I want to update my other blog before they get up. Yesterday's fall party was fun. All the kids played tug-of-war and when it was time for "6th grade and up!" Dani and I played too. I have, like, NO upper arm strength at all and we still won!! I think it was because we some how got most of the tall older guys on our side. Not sure how that happened....
Oh no,it's getting light out and it's almost 7:00 am. I better go, so I can update my other blog.
Love,
Yahweh's Daughter
P.S. I changed my template!! In case you didn't notice! lol.
This blog will be a testimony to my daily experiences, frustrations, thoughts, feelings, schoolwork, and joys, as well as those rare moments in time you never want to forget.
When you travel, you're looking for a lot of downtime. Vacations are your chance to recoup.
All you need is a scenic spot and plenty of time on your hands. You'll figure out the rest.
You're not one to make lots of plans when you travel. You just follow whatever path seems right.
You often are feeling indulgent - and you go ahead and indulge yourself.
You are very creative. And you know you need to stimulate your senses to get your creative juices flowing.
You are a truly optimistic person. You see the best in yourself and in everyone else.
Your life can be a bit messy at times, but the most beautiful things come out of your chaos.
Your ideas are very strange, and people often wonder what planet you're from.
And while you may have some problems being "normal," you'll have no problems writing sci-fi.
Whether it's epic films, important novels, or vivid comics...
Your own little universe could leave an important mark on the world!
