Ello everyone! I haven't been on in a while because i've been EXTREMELY busy. I just got home from Florida on Saturday and right now I am sitting in a hospital next to my grandmother that just got out of the operating room. She had a test done for her throat and the doctor said that her esophagus is the about the size of a pencil. I'm talking about the size of the hole. The normal size is bigger than your thumb and can be stretched out to the size of a half dollar. Her throat won't stretch out at all and that's why we are here.
Oh yes, and I have some news. In about 4 years or so when I'm 18 I am joining the Marines. I made this decision in Florida about the time of my brother, Casey's, graduation. He is joining the Navy. He is leaving in July for 6 years and we won't be able to see him. My mom and I are trying to get him to come up here for a little bit before he leaves.
Well, I've got to go because we are about to leave for my grandma's next test.

I am very happy. Last night I ordered The Complete Works of William Shakespeare. Online. Praise God for paypal. I can't wait for it to get here. I already have read Hamlet, which was my favorite, Cymbeline, and I'm working on Romeo and Juliet. I LOVE Shakespeare. We are babysitting my cousin right now and I'm pooped. We went to see the Carebears movie with the girls and trust me when I tell you... IT WAS TORTURE. It was the wost movie made for kids EVER. My mom was disgusted because it taught bad morals. hhhmmmm... anyway.... I have to go... kids running... screaming... driving me crazy. We're about to go to the mall... Later, xXSarahXx |

Tomorrow we have to babysit my cousin Bailey from 9 in the morning to 8 at night. I am going to break down in tears. Considering we already have my little sister, it's a big job. My Aunt told us last week that we would be babysitting her from 10 to 5 but at the last minute she changed her mind, so now we're stuck. The sad part (WAS) I was going to have to miss Merge, but then my mom called my step-dad and asked him to come and help my mom so I could go to Merge. Anyway, I'm ti-red. I just listed 28 books on my mom's website www.bluethistlehomeschool.com and I can barley keep my eyes open and it's only 9:00. I think I'm going to go upstairs and play guitar. Even though my fingers are killing me from playing tabs and what not. I'm addicted to playing Hey There Delilah. I still love that song. I would have thought that I would have passed that phase by now. You know how you play a song over and over again until you wear it out. Hey... I forgot to tell... I cut my hair majorly. I went to this guy at Shear Elegance, his name is Joel. He's pretty cool. I had him cut my hair to my shoulders and make it longer in the front and shorter in the back. I'm such a punk rocker. My mom came home from the hospital a couple hours ago and she's doing great. Right now she's sleeping on the couch. I babysat my sister while my mom was gone. We made the best cookies ever. Seriously... they were bangin... Hey everyone! I'm so happy! Well, you know how I was doing support letter writing day? Well, I did it and it's going awesome! Some people have responded all ready and we're raising money for our missions trip rather quickly. I can't wait to go!! I'm practicing guitar more than usual. If you know me you know that I'm a guitar addict. I love it. Well, I'm starting to learn some more stuff and I'm loving it more than I have before. I'm been playing since I was 7. If you will, pray for my mom. She's going to the hospital tomorrow to go get a proceedure done to make sure she doesn't have stomach cancer and stuff. She's been having trouble with her stomach and it always feels like it's burning and what not. Hopefully she'll be ok. Oh and pray for my friend, nickname Godly Girl, and her family, they're going through some really bad sickness over there and they need the prayers. The've been sick with colds and flus for a while. She was actually supposed to come over this weekend to sleepover, but I don't care about that, I just want her to feel better... I love her tons!! I'm having a bit of trouble with my laptop. I can't seem to get my fonts and stuff up when i'm making an entry. I think it's something with the internet but im not sure. All I know is I can write my entries on this computer but I have to go downstairs and fix them because I can't even separate my paragraphs. News on my pastor and his head-shaving bet. Last night at Merge, he announced that him, his wife, and his friends where watching the game and as soon as it ended his wife looked at him and said, "Your not shaving your head." And he said last night that he would rather please his wife than all of us because he has to go home with her... ha ha... It was so cold today that I couldn't even walk outside and breathe at the same time. My lungs were frozen. Good news! This morning when I woke up I had a soar throat and there were a few bumps way back on the roof of my mouth. And now, all the bumps are gone and my throat isn't soar anymore. Yeah ok, maybe it's not the biggest news in the world but i'm happy. I have to go to bed, mom has Bible study in the morning so I have to wake up early. xXSarahXx |

I am so excited! I was upstairs at my grandparents house when my mom comes up with my new Macbook computer. Now if you got that at all you would have realized that I didn't know I had a Macbook. My mom just bought it for me yesterday and never told me. Anywho, I love it and it is beautiful. You wouldn't believe, {unless you have one}, how much stuff you can actually do with this thing. It is so much better than a regular computer. Today I woke up at 6:00 AM to get ready for church, considering we go to the early service. Anyway, we got all ready and when my mom walked outside she came back in and said, "We're not goin' anywhere." I'm like, "What, you're kidding right? I wake up at 6:00 on a Sunday morning, get all completely ready, start the car, and fight with my sister to put her coat on and now you say we're not going?" Apparently, the roads were covered with ice. Finally, she said we could try driving on the main roads. But, we got there anyway. Tonight I have Merge Ahead, which I'm excited about because tonight we get to see if Pastor Dave Waite is going to let Trent shave his head. Here's the story about the head-shaving thing. A couple weeks ago Pastor Dave was so confident the Patriots were going to win the Superbowl that he bet Trent, this kid that goes to Merge, that if the Patriots didn't win that he will let him shave his head in front of Merge. Trent was a Giants fan so he was all enthusiastic about this bet. Well, I watched the Superbowl and I am sad to say the Patriots lost. I am a HUGE Patriots fan. My cousin, Brady, was named after Tom Brady. So ya see, the Patriots are in or blood... Well, I have to go to the mall so I can go buy a couple b-day presents for my friends. xXSarahXx |
