Apr. 17, 2008 - Martin luther.
Hi have you heard about pope Leo the tenth? Most likely not not many people have [1475-1521]. If you have then you might know that he was the pope that excommunicated martin Luther [1483-1546] . Luther was a reformer from Germany that turned around the Catholic Church from the traditions of men to the way of the scriptures . Have you heard of the ninety-five theses? If you want to read them click hear 95 Theses - Luther Luther was actually taken to the catholc court because of his belief in the Lord and for contradicting the pope’s authority and laws .to read about him more click hear Martin Luther. Luther taught against the selling of indulgences and relics. Now after all the arguing and deaths of reformers the pope’s are still doing the same thing. Well I have to go I will try to post again soon.

Also I've been interested in tract-passing, and there is a site that gives you Christian tracts on a donation basis. You might look at it. If you are interested, click here:

Jan. 18, 2006 - Me and My Niece, Audrey!
Nov. 10, 2005 - Home, Sweet Home! I'm back!
I'm sorry it has been so long since I posted. Did anyone that sees my blog see the world series of baseball? Chicago White Soxs against Houston Astros? The White Sox won!!!! Me and my friend Matthew are going to be trading baseball cards. It's really cool.
My friend Matthew (aka wallaceinspirit) has a blog, too. It is called The Ramblings of a Scottish Lad.
Me and my and Mom and Dad were going for the White Soxs, and my sister Amanda wasn't going for any team at all. And my other sister Amber and brother-in-law Patrick were going for the Houston Astros. Since we won Amber and Patrick had to make us dinner and if we had lost we would have made them dinner. My favorite player on the White Sox is Joe Crede. And the other teams I like are the Kansas City Royals and the St. Louis Cardinals.
My other friends Benjamin and Allen have a new baby calf. Her name is Eve. She is a Black Angus, and of course since she is a Black Angus she is totally black. Her Momma died and so they get to feed her with a bottle twice a day.
They also have some chickens and Allen's two favorite chickens are Shadow and Friendly. Sometimes all the chickens literally run at the gate and jump and go over it, and they try to catch them.
In two blogs ago I told you that I had four neices. My niece Audrey can move her walker around the kitchen and when I hold her and stand her up on the ground and then rocket her into the air she smiles and laughs.
I will see you later.
I will be blogging off.

Sep. 8, 2005 - Thursday's Blog 9/8/05
Hello! This is Tony, again!
How are you???
We are finally getting back into school after a two-week break. We took time off to help my sister, Amber, and my brother-in-law, Patrick, move. They moved to Liberal (where I live) from Joplin (about 40 miles away). I'm so excited that they moved here! Now I can see them every day! I will be spending the night with them more often now. My brother, Zach, and sister-in-law, Bobbie, will be moving here in a few weeks.
For my birthday, Amber and Patrick got me a Tamagotchi pet. It's a lot of fun to play with!
Tomorrow we are doing Missouri Conservation Frontiers with our friends, the Millers and the Reeces. I really like doing Frontiers! We learn a LOT about nature. Last time, we studied the different types of prairie grasses. Has anybody ever heard of "turkey foot" grass? It's just another name for Big Bluestem!
Well, I need to go for this time. I hope that you're having a good week. See you next time...

Aug. 8, 2005 - Day Camp 2005
Hello! This is Tony!
Has anyone ever been to Prairie State Park near Liberal, Missouri? Saturday they had day camp. It was a lot of fun! This year's theme was "Border Disorder" and it was about the unrest that took place along the Kansas/Missouri border before, during, and after the Civil War.
My parents and I went, and my sister, Amanda, was working there that day. Two of my best friends came with me. Their names are Benjamin and Allen. Their sister, Patsy, came with us, too. My other best friend, Matthew, and his brother, Gavin, and sister, Maggie, were there, too.
We learned a lot. We played games and did a lot of neat activities. One of my favorite things that we did was a game where, as a family unit, we had to draw cards that told different situations that we could have been faced with in the 1860's and we had to decide how to handle them by making choices we could have had to make.
Upon drawing cards, at the beginning, we discovered that we were, in fact, a family of Confederate sympathizers. One situation that we were faced with was that a Union soldier was coming down the hill towards our home. We had to decide if we would feed him or fight him. We decided to fight him and one of my best friends, Matthew, who was playing our family member, Samuel, got shot and died. Then, his dad, who was playing our family member, Mary, was carrying him around to each station. It was funny because Brian (Matthew's dad) was supposed to be a little girl. When we got to the last station, we had to decide to go to the dry goods store or just "leave for Arkansas." We decided to go to the store first, then go to Arkansas.
In addition to this game, we learned some Civil War slang. Did you know that the slang word "dog-robber" meant the man who cooked the food for the soldiers? And did you know that, back then, if they didn't have any food, they, sometimes, would kill and eat their horses? Yuk!

We did other things, too. We learned how to handle a gun (wooden ones), ate "hardtack", and decorated our very own "haversacks." We also played a really neat game of Jeopardy! It was a lot of fun!!!
After Jeopardy we received our Junior Naturalist Day Camp badges and certificates. This was my 6th badge and my mom's 10th!
I just remembered...we played another really neat game! It was Civil War slang charades.
Well, I guess I'll be going for now. Have a nice day!
Until next time...

I'm excited for another reason, too! Tomorrow is my birthday! I'm going to be 10-years-old!
It's also my sister, Amber, and her husband, Patrick's, anniversary. They have been married for three years and just had a new baby. Her name is Audrey. My brother, Zachary, and his wife, Bobbie, just had a new baby, too. Her name is Abigail. We call her Abby. I also have an older neice, Heather. She belongs to my brother, Rudy, and his wife, Angie. Heather is 6. My brother, Buddy, and his wife, Christy, are expecting a baby this month on August 10th. Can you believe that I have four nieces???? They are all so cute! Abigail was born on July 5th and Audrey was born on July 9th. Heather will be 7 on September 17th and we've got one more baby on the way!
Well, I better be going for now. It's time for school. Have a nice day!

Aug. 1, 2005 - My First Blog
Hi! My name is Tony!
I'm 9-years-old and this is my first blog ever! I don't really know how to blog, but I guess I'll learn. We're doing this for a school project and my mom is helping me.
I really like space and today we started our new science book "Exploring Creation With Astronomy." I really think that I'm going to like it. Today I learned that they think Stonehenge was used as an ancient calendar and did you know that today we can't see as many stars as they could in Bible times because of all the lights in the cities? And, did you know, that some of what we call stars are really planets? Stars twinkle and planets don't! That's how we can tell the difference.
Well, I'll be going for now. It's time for me to get off the computer and go outside. Have a nice day!
Until Next Time...
Here's Tony Signing Off
