What moves me?

Well (in no particular order)... the ocean ... the memory of the first time I nursed AJ ... seeing my dad's face when he walked in and saw me in my wedding dress (he thougth I was getting married in sweats ... it's been a long time illness) ... Randy's eyes ... a hug from someone who knows what a journey it's been for me to be able to accept or extend the gesture ... pictures of babies at 8 weeks gestation because it looks just like the tiny baby I delivered - that moment changed my views of 'women's rights' forever(not to mention my view of Grace)  ... several praise and worship songs (they change ... currently they are "My Savior, My God" "How Great is Our God" and continually is "Here I Am To Worship") they remind me of the price of my eternity ... AJ's litte boy voice (sometimes I call my house just so I can hear his message from 4 years ago) ... friends who know me and love me anyway ... Prince of Tides, movie and book ... To Kill A Mockingbird, just the book ... Walkin' in Memphis don't know who sings it,(Mark Cohn maybe?), Groovy Kinda Love by Phil Collins, hearing someone read Jer. 29:11 because it transformed my life, moments when I come face to face with just how much Grace has been extended to me ... late night tears and laughter on Wildwood Ct ... thunderstorms on Foothills Parkway ...

I keep meaning to tell you how much I love this verse. I first "came across" it when Bekah was a baby, and long story short, after being very ill, I read this and call it my Bekah verse. I knew God would take care of her... and, I may never erase my message, except to add Elisa's little voice to it.

You answered that summons beautifully!

I'm going to have to add nursing my precious babies to my list. That is a miracle that never ceases to amaze me, and never more so than with this one -- the one I know will be the last. I've always been anxious to "get my life back" before, but I think I'll still be trying to nurse this little fellow when he's 4!
