beep. beep. beep. I awoke to that annoying alarm at 6:30 in the morning."What?" I glared at the alarm as i hit the off button trying to remember why I had set it at such an unearthly time. suddenly I recalled why. Oh, Noooo! we had our first race  of the seoson that day. i jumped out of bed (wide awake.lol) and threw on my racing shorts. they were huge. uh-oh. Dad had got them several days before. i pulled them up 5 inches. Much better. "What?!" sarah rolled over and glanced at me. "u better get up too if you want to eat, we have a race."  I went across the hall to hosannah's room. "Goodmorrning!" i said bouncing on her bed. "Hannah! its only 6:15! your clock is wrong."               I went back to bed.              

anyways, we headed to the race...and met Sue jones (our coach) and the rest of the team on the way. when we got the race grounds Sue gave us our shirts and race numbers.  we walked around  the field, warmed up, streched, and watched the younger kids race.

finally, the middle school girls lined up. my stomach twisted and my hands got sweaty. our team captain, jenifer, walked over to me. "good luck. Oh, by the way this race is 1.8 miles instead of  1.6."            

nice way to start a race, huh?

anyways, we started and I ran and ran and ran....all the way around a huge field and past the cheering crowds. we had finished half a mile. when i past da he leaned and said. "maybe you'll beat sarah!"

to make a long story short, I did beat sarah. and, oh, I wish I could have taken a pic of my dad's face when I came in. Sarahs face was also priceless when i greeted her at the finish line.

now, on oct. 20 is our last race. well, I think I'm not sure if we have another race or not.

Yeah, I Have had a Great summer!!!!! Its been tops! Even though I didn't get to go to the beach...      I wrote I have been busy and that is def true. We had a family with nine kids here  all under age thirteen uh, earlier this summer(they also Brought their 16 year old cousin with them.) our House was packed! then Mom, Moraih, hosannah, Sarah, and caleb went 8 hrs away to this Indian pow wow thing. They were supossed to stay 3 days.....they stayed there 5.lol  when they came back  Dad, Beka, and I headed for the call in D.C. we stayed a night and a day (I went to the top of the washinton monument!!) 

meanwhile, we are building a three room addition and a big porch..which btw is almost finished!

I joined a Homeschoolers racing team...(dad convinced me this was a good idea...Yeah, right.) me and beka are doing dances again. We conviced Hosannah, Sarah, Caleb, Ethan and dad to do a dance with us. that was funny. some people asked us to start a dance troup so we are sometime this fall. ah let's see...Oh yeah, I decided I wanted to do the swimming on a trathlathon so I have to train for that its like half a mile which is not so bad. Dad said its about 25 laps across the pool. ( I only can do 12 before I collapes...

          so, That about sums it all up....

oh I forgot we take voice lessons and we are in this big show in october so we're pacticing for that (I hae to do a hula hoop and I don't really know how...)

yesterday we went to go see some fireworks at Liberty University! they, by the way have the best display of fireworks in V.A.  we saw them in the stadium! I have never seen them soooo close! it was awesome! After we saw the fireworks we played on some of the rides they had. let me tell you those blow up things were slippery!  Dad and I had a race up a HUGE rock wall. uh, no, I didn't win.

 aarrrhhh! I must have stepped in poisen ivy... my entire foot and partways up my leg itches, itches, itches! I have to remind myself  not to ......ooppps, scratch it (like i just did)   

Anyways, (I say that  a lot, don't I?) Many things have happened since I last wrote. My family and I went to a block party on saturday and I had my first snow cone!  It was disgusting!  No I didn't finish it

Rebekah is turning sweet sixteen tomorrow! Happy brithday beka!

Hola!  We took down our mudroom yesterday to make room for a bigger addition. Yeah, believe me it was hot sweaty work. I wish a thousand times for a pool.......well it wasn't too bad because daddy hired someone to do the job (but we still had to help) anyways this man mike brought his son (he is nine) and Ethan asked if he was a christian and he said no. so pray for Bubba. ( that is his nickname.)

Hi everyone! Wow its been like ages since I written last. soo, whatsup?  That small question can reqire a big answer. ( in my case anyways )   Well, first things first right? lol. Beka and I did a dance on monday in a Daughter of the dance recital. mom bought our costumes. (which was really nice of her, considering what the price came to. 

so those are some of our dance pics....

I need to figure out what I'm going to do this summer!

I was going to join Empowered dance team but dad said I could'nt because I'm too young. which is wierd considering that there are a lot of people way younger than me doing it. I'm kinda bummed about that because I want to dance but there no other dance teams out there that I could join.                  so anyways that idea is trashed.

Then I had another idea! I would be in a play! I love acting so bingo! it would be great. that idea was put to death by mom

so finally out of desperation I put forth my last thought. I could be on a swim team! its summer right? what better place to be than in the water? so I approuched mom about it. she siad she would talk to dad. so far I have'nt heared back from her.

and thats the end of my sad tale.

Joshua is so cute! ( he is my one year old brother.)  today at church after praise/worship pastor Travis got up and started talking. Joshua (in the back) started singing. We have a Indian CD that he listens to over and over.  He began to sing one of the songs on the CD. It was so cute. after a min. he quieted down.

We got a trampoline! us kids have been saving up for one since our other broke. But God gave us one For Free!  A woman from our church heard that we were saving up for one. she siad her neighbors had one that they didn't use. Long story short they gave it away to us for no money!!! So now we have to decide what we are going to use the money for. The beach? (I hope.)

I don't think I've ever told ya people about my family.  Well not that  i have to.....

Yup, thats it. 6 girls and 3 boys.

Today Beka, Mom and me are going to Wal-mart for some dance skirts, and Mom said she would pay for them which is really nice of her. (The skirts are 15 dollars each!) So thats what I'll be doing this afternoon.

This morning I read a newsletter by Dave Wilkerson. It was about staying steadfast and confident to the end. One of the things he said was that: When you abandon yourself wholly into the arms of the Holy Spirit, he creates peace in you. I was like Wow, I have I given myself over totally to God? Somehow I don't think so. I mean am I so sold out to God that Whatever He says I do? I don't know. Something to think about.

Rebekah and Moriah went  to go see Prince Caspian and I didn't to go. lol. actully I allready saw it! It really was a great movie. whoever has not seen it needs to go! Jk. lol.  um, yeah, thats pretty much all I have to write right now....... somebody please ask me a question. I'll answer you....please.

We had dad's graduation party today!   

Today was saturday: Work day.   Dad went to Sam's Club this morning and once he came back he started handing out chores.  I chose to work in the garden. Big mistake. I like workIng In the garden, we have two gardens and I actually like pulling weeds and working the soil.  So, when I picked the chore, I thought I just would be pulling weeds.  I thought I picked the best chore because pulling a couple weeds here and there should be quite easy.  I should have asked Daddy before I picked the job what I would be doing.  Well, I definitely wasn't simply picking weeds.  I had to hoe several rows, pick weeds, use the metal rake, supervise two post-toddler boys - who were supposed to be helping me!, and then after three hours; we still weren't done...However, when Dad showed up he had a surprise for everyone. We all went swimming in a friend's pool. I don't mean to brag but I am the fastest swimmer in my family. Yup, it's true.

I can hardly wait til'  Prince Caspian comes out!  We are going to go see it sunday night! The boys are really excited because they are going to the theater for the first time. I'm kinda excited cause I've been to the dollar theater before but never a real theater!!

Anyways...... I don't have anything else to write.... Ohh yeah, I'm Going to read through the bible cover to cover frist time! No, I don't mean read the bible the first time, I mean read cover to cover the frist time....Aaarrrrhhhhh I'm getting mixed up!!
