Where did the pork chops go?

Do you ever have one of those moments? When you've planned on something for dinner, you've thought about it all day but when you go for said item it can't be found? That's what happened to me yesterday evening. It was a day like any other. I listed on ebay because we had a new Vision Forum order come in,  Sarah dusted and kept the house clean for me, four of the guys worked out in the yard chopping up the rest of our firewood. (two of them were able to escape to a friend's house)

Anyways, the guys get cleaned up, I turn the computer off and we drive down the hill to pick up the two boys and drop our daughter off at her friend's house. Then six of us went walking around the local lake. (That's my new exercise-I think I put my body in shock though) So we work up a good appetite, bypass all the eat out options so mom can make yummy pork chops with rice.

I go out to look for the pork chops in the garage fridge. But....I can't find the pork chops! I look in the kitchen fridge and both freezers. hmmmmm.....where are those darn things? I have my husband look and he can't find them either. He commented that he hoped the people behind us in line at Costco enjoyed them anyways. We ended up having soup and grilled cheese. Yummy but not the same.  Where did those chops go?

LOL How frustrating! I know since we did the same thing with the French bread that we bought at Sam's!

Jan. 29, 2006 - Lost food ----- FOUND---Arrrrggggghhhh!!

Yes, I have definately lost food before. I have lost frozen convenience foods only to find out that my older kids ate it; I have lost cookies, canned foods etc. But mostly when I loose food, I loose it BIG time. Like, I have lost chicken before. And...........you will never guess where I found it......................in my car a week later. Hence, I will curtail the grusome details any further by ending this post. TTFN!!!! Ta-Ta-For-Now. :)
