Hi ,

My threes girls have been in public school for the last two years.  I homeschooled them for three years before.  This year my oldest wants to be homeschool (15 years old) .  I wish I would have never put them back in public school.  But they gave me such a hard time with so many issues.   I want to do this, and I prayed for God to bring them back home and wala they want to be homeschool again.  Now I want to run the other direction.  I quess what I'm trying to say is that I am scared.  It's on my mind constantly.

As a parent I feel weak .  And I know this is best for them.  And I am going to do this with the help of God, so I'm asking for your prayers and encouragement.  My girls are 15, 11, and 6 years old.  My youngest does not know that she is going to be homeschooled yet.  We have three and a half weeks to go.  And I don't want her to be upset going to school.  Keep me and my family in prayer.  Thank You.  Any advice is greatly appreciated.  From homeschool to public school and from public school to homeschool.

I understand the fears. The good thing is that you can take a little time and get used to the idea again, since it's almost summer break!

I recently went to a workshop (can't currently find my notes) but she used a verse in Psalm that essentially said, "They feared where there was no fear." The speaker was encouraging us to let go of any fears. If God has directed you to this, He will sustain you through it. I look forward to hearing about the changes you see in your family (and yourself!)
