ONce a month I get a group of ladies together for support, encouragement and fellowship. Tonight we met and the Lord had some great plans for us! We had the St. Johns here for a quick visit and we got to hear about all the Lord has done and is doing in their lives and ministry. I can’t wait to read Heidi’s book; “The Busy Homeschool Moms Guide to Romance.” I’m hoping I got that title right. :)

I’m also hoping that maybe someday soon I’ll have a chance to get my blog back to the way it was before the switcheroo. I guess I just get set in my ways sometimes.

Have a great week everyone!

I can hardly believe it. Kristin over on the front porch stopped by to let me know I (and several others) are being honored for having blogged for 5 years on HSB! Yup, Charter member here. :) It has been a great experience, and it’s fun going back and reading what I have been up to!

Hopefully, in the coming months I will have some more fun things to report! Homeschooling truly is my life, and I love it!!!

Blessings,
Nancy

It’s so nice to hear from everyone!  I sure miss all my blogging buddies, well, some of you are over on fb and I enjoy that!

I just updated my crazy little website, www.nancybaetz.com and I’ve got a little blurb over there about one of my ebooks; Haircuts For Little Men.  If you have used my book and were pleased with it, please tell your friends!  It’s a great time for a haircut, don’t you think?

HFLM is only $15.00, less than most places charge for a haircut.  And if you buy the ebook you can save money time after time after time…just do it!

Thanks so much!

Howdy!  We’ll,  I’m attempting to get my “new” blog here up and running, and frankly I just don’t have the time or patience for it right now.  :(   It looks like the new system will work out well but I’m grieving the loss of my lovely custom template (I do have it saved though) and my time is at a premium lately so I can’t imagine I’ll get the time to make this one work for me.

Hope everyone else is not having the same reaction as I am.

Blessings!

If you are looking for an amazing planning tool, look no further!  The 2010 Schoolhouse Planner produced by the amazing team over at The Old Schoolhouse Magazine is just what you need.  Just click on the picture and you can purchase it through my affiliate I.D.  (Full Disclosure–of course!)

I’ve barely scratched the surface of checking it out, but I’m very happy with it, in fact, I’m thrilled with it! I’d like to do a complete review, when I have time.  You see, the planner is over 600 pages long, and it is full of everything from resources, planning pages, recipes, articles, links, Bible lists, book lists, attendance records, and the list goes on!  I can’t even do it justice in such a short time.  It even has fill-in forms that you can save, since it is a downloaded PDF.  (It is available on CD also–how neat is that?)

So if you take the plunge (and I highly recommend it) be sure to go to page 172 and read "Unschooling–Is it Just a Weird, Scary Idea?" by yours truly.
