Seasoned on Nov. 21, 2008 at 8:00 AM Shared In Show and Tell with Canadagirl

Well it is that time again, Show and Tell Friday with our favorite Canadagirl. Go over to Mary's page and join in the fun!!!!!!!!!!
As many of you know, we are participating in a Zoology co op this year. We have made a lap book for each chapter, 5 so far. I wanted to share with you the latest lapbook:
I also wanted to share the picture of the nest my dd built in co op. I took the pic and made a notebook page for it......see middle pic in the lapbook above.

Be blessed,
Chasity

OK, now you've got me intrigued. I read the question in the lap book about keeping birds' nest. So . . . is it against the law?
A beautifully created nest, BTW.

We love lapbooks! Very cool. So, is it against the law to keep a bird nest?

For those who are wondering about keeping a nest (above to comments):
**THe answer is yes. Almost all birds and their nest are protected by law.

Really! (birds nest question). So that means if you see an old bird's nest in your quince hedge you can't take it out? What if you want to prune the hedge (or the trees)? I can understand if the birds are living in them, but what if they are just there and empty?
you've sure got me thinking. :-)
