Posted it on my blog...and "borrowed" the image from your site. I managed to resize it, too, in the pop up box. At least I know it can be done now. *grin*

As to your link issues. Did you click on the image "button" and upload the image through the pop up box? Otherwise, you can click on the image button and use a link in the url section of that pop up box. If you change the number in one of the size boxes, it will resize the other appropriately. I divided the first number in half.
